Legends Of The Ring has come and gone.

I have had a few days to refresh myself and take the time to write this with a clear head. I want to take the time to thank each and every one of the fans who came out to Carteret this past weekend for an event that made history. To my surprise I saw so many positive reviews and very little criticism about the show.  I was harder on myself afterwards then anybody else was. I saw a few mistakes that I fixed as soon as the first session was over and will  work to improve on the next show. Bottom line Everyone who wanted  had their items signed!  It personally means a lot to me when I read how people enjoyed themselves and had a great time.If you had a problem or didn't enjoy yourself it was your own fault. Never in my wildest dreams did I think we would draw the amount of people we drew. I enjoy putting these things on for the fans and myself. The complements and praise means a lot more to me then the final profit  from the show at the end of the day. Although we run it as a business NOT to lose money our main goal is to pay the bills and give people a great day and experience. I received a few emails and phone calls  from some of the talent praising me. Both Steve Lombardi and Harvey Wippleman were impressed about how professional and organized the show was. That means the most to me as those are direct extensions to the biggest platform in the industry. In closing I want to thank specifically my wife for putting up with my moodiness over the last few months, my Co- Promoter James from 3 Count who have been involved with for over 10 years. Dan Michaels who pulled off some things that I myself did not believe could be pulled off until I saw it first hand. Dan was responsible for almost 1/2 of the talent showing up and putting together the Demolition tag team reunion that many including myself said would NEVER happen.Dan is an incredible asset to  LOTR, the Talent, and the Wrestling world.  Cpl Kirchner who showed what a real trooper he was driving a straight 2 days from the mid west NOT to miss the show.
Eric Simms from ESS Promotions who put together the NASTY BOYS appearance and VKM. I know Eric gets a bad rap sometimes but truth behold he is a good friend who tries to mean well ALL of the time at least in my eyes. RF VIDEO and MANIAC JOE and all other vendors who help support the shows and defray costs with shoot interviews and mail order. ALL of the other staff who makes these shows run smooth. Thomas Rivera from Wrestling reunion who shows how  true competitors in this often cut throat business should act and work together to make BOTH show brands a success every time out. The web sites who post press releases
to get the word out about these shows.  ALL the talent who took their time to appear and make it a memorable day, and most of all the dedicated fans including a lot that have been on board all 4 shows!

Its been a long trip to reach this success but we all did it. Both myself and James look forward to returning SUMMERSLAM weekend, August 25th to the same location for Legends of the Ring V.
