First off I would like to take the time to thank everyone for such a successful event. In my opinion this was the smoothest and largest show we ever ran. It takes an immense amount of work and organization to pull this off. We have an amazing staff and amazing supporters from the fans, the talent, the Internet press etc.

It is a pleasure to work with TNA wrestling. Words cannot explain how accommodating they are to us and how much of a key factor they have been to our success. I feel the Dixie Carter:You shoot Live came out great and was very informative and entertaining at the same time.

In my opinion the new system for Superticket guests and GA went very smooth. The times were exactly as scheduled. I am thankful we got all 19 Superticket guests in as advertised. Friday night was a little hectic with flights and a few delays due to the Thunderstorm. I am still amazed we started the Dixie event only an hour late.

One of the main issues I have heard was that the vendor room was packed. It seems the trend of actual merchandise being sold is over and it seems the vendor guest is in. The fact of the matter is that after the first event at that hotel (LOTR 7).We decided to move the more high profile vendor guests into some of the hotels other meeting rooms. This really works great but it is a double edged sword as the vendors don't like being in the other rooms and complain about not doing business down there. We listened to them and used our platinum guest room for the vendors the next show and still heard complains and the room is right next door to the superticket room. Personally I would have no problem putting my vendor guests ANYWHERE in the hotel. If a guest is advertised and there is a desire to meet them and they are priced fan friendly what's the difference where they are?

Moving forward we are currently planning the October 15-16 weekend. I believe we will making the official roast announcement this week and releasing tickets to that as well. We will also be releasing the tickets to the next event as well real soon.

Once again on behalf of the entire LOTR family we thank you and look forward to seeing you at many future events.
