Former WWE & ECW Hardcore Icons
Al Snow & Spike Dudley Headline NWS Four-Show Marathon This Weekend July 24th-27th

No matter where you are in the northeast, NWS will most likely have a show near you, as they present a four-show blitz this coming weekend July 24th through 27th. NWS is indeed proving that they can keep pace with the big boys in presenting nonstop action!

On Thursday night July 24th at 7:05pm, NWS continues its "Shore Wars 2008" Summer Series in Seaside Heights, NJ
at Our Lady Of Perpetual Help Parish Hall (100 Grant Avenue, just down the block from the boardwalk and Casino Pier). July 24th will see the first-ever area appearance of a member of pro wrestling's famous Von Erich family, as Lacey Von Erich, daughter of the late WWE & World Class Wrestling star Kerry Von Erich, continues on her way to the top of the women's wrestling world. Also appearing will be South Toms River's popular Ryan Blackheart, Bobby Youngblood, and the return to the wrestling ring of two former NWS Junior Heavyweight Champions, Corvis Fear and Mike Quest, along with Princess Jana, the demented Danny Demanto, and NWS Cruiserweight Champion and Delaware loudmouth J.D. Smoothie. And topping off this already loaded card will be none other than the WWE & ECW hardcore icon, as well as the head trainer from season one of MTV's "Tough Enough", the great Al Snow and his sidekick Head. Tickets are only $16 each, and continuing last year's tradition, if you buy three you get one free, making the price only $12 per ticket.

On Friday night July 25th at 7:45pm, NWS heads up to the Bayshore area to the Middletown, NJ
VFW Hall (1 Veterans Lane at Route 36). If the WWE/ECW hardcore icons Al Snow (with Head) and Matt Hyson (a.k.a WWE & ECW's Spike Dudley), one-time ECW brawler The Equalizer, and ladies wrestling bombshell Lacey Von Erich aren't enough to tease you, then how about the addition of probably the most popular wrestler ever to don the tights in National Wrestling Superstars (just ask him and he'll tell you himself), "America's Hero" The Patriot, will make a surprise appearance as an extra added attraction, greeting his multitude of fans and signing autographs. Also on the bill will be local area pro standouts such as Michael Reigns, "The Outlaw" Shane O'Brien, Dan "I got an attitude" Rageous, Jumping Joey "I'm so great" Janella, Corey "the prognosticating poet" Havoc, Klondike Kevin Krush and much more. And for all those who have been asking when this wrestling icon will be back, ole Bacon Butt himself, the repugnant, rotund, and really vile whistle-blowing Royce Profit will be in house (but if NWS Commissioner Gino Moore has his way, Profit will not be allowed to manage any wrestlers that night). Tickets are only $20 for adults and $18 for kids and seniors.

On Saturday night July 26th at 8:00pm, NWS presents its annual outdoor show at the Long Branch, NJ
Italian-American Memorial Association Showgrounds (195 West End Avenue), with Matt "Spike Dudley" Hyson, Al Snow, and Lacey Von Erich giving the Jersey Shore fans one final thrill for July. In addition, coming back to the NWS ring will be a true fan favorite, injured just about year ago, The Rogue, and he will indeed be tested against the evil giant T.N.T. Also on the bill will be the twisted Dr. Lamar Braxton Porter (better known as "The Adjustor"), who claims to be a licensed chiropractor, but usually ends up creating his own patients by the end of the night. They will be joined by the demented Danny Demanto, Bobby Firehawk, Nicky Oceans, the winged monkey man from land of Oz Nikko, and others.Tickets are only $20 for ringside seating and $18 for rear open seating.

And on Sunday July 27th, NWS packs up the production trucks and heads south to join up with its Delaware affiliate Funkdafied Wrestling Federation at the Christiana, DE Fire Company Hall
(2 East Main Street, at Route 7, minutes from the junction of I-95/295/495) for a 3:30pm afternoon matinee, with Al Snow headlining an all-star card of NWS & FWF stars. For ticket information, call (302) 420-7287.
