ANOTHER HACKSAW JIM DUGGAN SIGNING REPORT

Hey

I visited Causeway Tickets before the rumble on Jan 30th. I arrived
there about an hour before the signing. I read/heard different reports
on how the event was going to happen.

On facebook a while back, It stated free autographs and photos. While
reading the Boston Herald days leading up to the event, an Ad read read
autographs/photos and polaroids.

I made sure that I went to the store early enough to inquire about the
details. I was told that the only thing that would cost any money would
be the 8x10's they were selling for $5, and everything else would be
free.

I thought that was a great deal, I had something for Mr Duggan to sign
and waited in line with the rest of the fans. Duggan showed up at 3:30pm
but those in line didn't go in to meet him to a lil after 4pm. Not sure
what was going on during those 30 or so mins, But that's ok.

They let people in groups, 5-6 at a time, but would only allow a person
in when a person leaves. Hacksaw was friendly and a true professional,
as was Mr Cena Sr.  I had Hacksaw sign my item and asked for a photo
with my camera and he was fine with that.

Once I was done w my photo op and was ready to get my item and leave,
The lady in which I spoke with earlier in the day said I had to pay $10
for the photo op, Which I found funny, B/c that wasn't what I was told
an hour beforehand.
Those involved with the signing, Were trying to figure out how to get me
to pay the $10 since there was no info posted online/in print or even at
the event that Photo Op's were costing any money. So finally, they came
up with the idea of posting a sign that would read Photo Ops $10 after I
had the encounter w the lady.

Hacksaw gave me the look like, "it's fine, don't worry about paying for
it" and gave me a wink and wave so I can leave and allow for more fans
who are standing in the cold to come in.

As I was leaving the room, I heard that lady say something to the like
that i'm leaving and getting away with a free photo op.

When I had left to head towards the Garden, I saw a man who was first in
line and he was going back to the signing. He told me that he wanted a
photo op, thought it was free and was told it was $10, So he had to go
to the ATM to get some cash.

I also heard some fans paying $8 for a 8x10 photo instead of $5.

Those involved didn't seem to be friendly, They seemed to concerned
about getting as much money as possible from fans with 8x10's and photo
ops', and much more concerned about selling last min Rumble tix, which I
found interested b/c there are other tix agencies on the same street and
I didn't recall anyone coming in for tix, but rather to meet Hacksaw.

Which is why we were not allowed to wait inside the building b/c there
were tix customers that need to come inside.

I'm not a big fan of BTW due to 3 negative pre show autograph sessions
i've gone to of theirs, But I am a fan of Hacksaw which is why I went
and dealt with the negatives that come autograph sessions.

I wished they had done a better job of explaining what was going on that
day, other than "Free autographs"
