…..
I was 50/50 on this signing. I read the earlier report on it and I'd have to disagree on the number of people of there. I was there about 30 minutes before it was suppposed to start. LAX wound up being 40 minutes late because of traffic which was disappointing because I was trying to go to the AJ/Rhino signing in Philly too. Even when the signing started there were no more than 50 people there to meet them. I was about 4th in line. By the time I got to the highway, I knew I didn't have enough time to make it to Philly so I had to skip on the other signing.
This was my first time at Carson's at the store was very cool in addition to the wrestling ring where I actually met LAX. The staff was also very pleasent. However it seemed very unorganized at some points. I waited in the actual store for 30 minutes before being instructed the signing was actually in the back, where people were already waiting. There wasn't really a line just people waiting in chairs. I stood by the ring steps the entire time which is how I got to be 4th in "line." That seemed very disorgainzed for a place that has held many signings. It would have been better if they have some caution tape put up or something to signify a line.
Also when I called about pricing I was told that they didn't have a definate price list. But it he gave me estimated prices. He told me it would be about $15 for a signed 8x10 by all 3 and $10 for a picture with all 3. It was actually $10 more for the autographs and $5 more for the picture even though I wasn't having a polaroid done. It was a bit upseting they didn't ahve the actualy prices until the day of the event. I bleieve they should have cut prices for people supplying there own items and cameras.
Overall, I was pleased as LAX was very nice. I think they could make some improvements in how run in the future. Thanks for contining to post signings to keep us informed Georgie!
