…..

I hate to beat a dead horse but ...........

Georgie...  the last line of this has Bruno saying there is no WWE hall of fame building which is true .... but doesn't Bruno know that there is another Hall of Fame with a physical building where people can go visit for the PWHF...??????? If you google " pro wrestling hall of fame" the PWHF comes up first, not the wwe. Sorry but if this interviewer did some simple homework like going to google he would know that.... this stuff still drives me crazy......

Hey John, since you sent me the above email, I felt I needed to respond.  I don't want to beat a dead horse either, but the PWHF had a chance to have Bruno Sammartino inducted into their Hall of Fame, but they blew it.

One of the Board members, George "The Animal" Steele called Bruno telling him about Tony Vellano's PWHF when it first started, and said they wanted to induct him.  Bruno asked George, "they have nothing to do with WWF, do they?"  George assured Bruno,  "absolutely not."
So Bruno agreed to be inducted.

Well low and behold, then Bruno gets a call from Tony Vellano, letting him know that both the WCW and WWF will be participating in their event and parade.  Tony did not know that Bruno wanted nothing to do with the WWF, so that was a turn off for Bruno.  Tony was excited and felt with the two wrestling federations sending some of their talent to his event, it would be huge.

The outcome was Bruno decided to have nothing to do with PWHF, since they wanted WCW and WWF to be part of the parade and induction.
Well guess what, WCW was bought out by WWF, and WWF decided to have nothing to do with the PWHF after all.

And now PWHF has an induction ring for Bruno that was never presented to him.

I want to add that PWHF has a wonderful following, and lately seem to sell out all their events, and are very successful.  2008 is sold out! !

(I don't see Killer Kowalski making this event, since he is still in the Rehab Center)

I will have a full page ad in the PWHF Program this year, because I support what they are doing for the wrestling community.
