Me and my friend got to Borders this morning at 9:30.
We were the 5th and 6th people in line.
By 12:45, the time we left the line had already stretched to the third floor, so im estimating there had to be at least 200 people on hand.
All in all it was a great experience. I purchased two copies, one to keep perfect, the other to read and I had hoped to get an 8 x 10 signed in place of the 2nd book but the security wouldn't let me. I argued for a few moments but figured what is it gonna do anyway.
So I just happily got my picture with him since it was my main want and both of my books signed. He joked asking if I planned to read both books at the same time so I would get done quicker.
Than somebody in the crowd yelled "Bastion Booger is going to save us" and Jericho responded with "you guys won't get so lucky".
Chris was a really nice guy, down to earth. All the good things I have heard about him are true. So if you have a chance to meet him at a book signing do so.
BTW the book is great. I read about 60 pages on the line. Great stuff
