……

Hi, my name is Jared. I saw a story about a visit with Jimmy Valiant in
Sinking Spring yesterday. I too was at the show and let me tell you I will
never ever forget it. I only live about 5 minutes from where the event was
being held. It was a free show with 7 matches, meet and greet with wrestlers
of earlier years and wrestlers of today. The company holds a show like this
everysummer, first part is free and second is later that night. All the
wrestlers that work for WPW are nice. I have been to only a few of their
shows, but its always a fun time. All the wrestlers interact with the fans
and talk with them.

After the seven matches, at 2:00pm they held a meet and greet inside the car
dealership showroom. First when you walk in the door was April Hunter and JD
Michaels. Both were very nice and was talking and joking with everyone. I
only had a little auto pad for them too sign, but April Hunter gave me a
small promo pic and signed it. Next was Mr. Valiant, being kinda shy and
nervous as I always am I did not know what to say infront of such a legend
as himself. But before I said anything he asked me how I was doing, I felt
less shy and was more calm. We talked for about 5-10 minutes about wrestling
and life, he is full of stories and I could listen too him talk forever. One
of the nicest guys I ever met. I bought an 8x10 promo for him to sign and he
gave me a free patch with his wrestling schools name which I gladly wear on
my jacket now. After him was Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka, another gentleman and
down to earth guy. Than Virgil, he was not billed to be there but he was
there anyway. He signed my 8x10 promo, as soon as you walked into the room
you knew he was there. He was telling jokes and joking around with the other
wrestlers. Sadly I did not get to see the rest of the wrestlers there as I
had to leave and sadly I did not get to go to the late show.

But one thing I really wanted to get out there is whoever reads this, if you
have a chance to meet any of the wrestlers mentioned DO NOT pass on the
chance cause you will regret it. It is a moment I will never forget. Thanks
for taking the time out to read this :)
