Hey Georgie!

Big Chad with great news(and sad news) on reporting the Ultimate
Autograph Show in Oaks, PA. First, the sad. Bobby Heenan didn't make
it to the show, because he went to the hospital. I think I speek for
all fans when saying I wish him a speedy recovery and our prayers are
with him. I was selfishly upset, but I was given a refund. But, again
it was in selfishness, and I certainly pray that he recovers.

Mr. Poppel has become a force to rekon with(Ok, that's taking it too
far, but I'm still running on excitement!). I heard this was his first
UAS, and he blew me away. The mixture of guests, vendors with
different memorabilia and a great staff made for a terrific show. I
can't think of any bad stories. Al the guests were so gracious and
terrific to meet. There was some unorganization on Saturday, which was
admitted over the loudspeaker followed by an apology. MarkedOut was
also there, spreading the word of their site, which is a great tool
for autograph fans. Dana and the gang run a great ship and it's worth
a read.

Because of strict budgeting, I only met three guests. Martin "John
Kreese" Kove, Christy Hemme and Ken Shamrock. All were terrific and in
great spirits.

Hemme was very bubbly and happy to talk to fans. I had her sign my TNA
program and WWE Figure. When asked about her thoughts on the figure
she told me how excited she was for it, since she loved dolls as a
little girl(It was an action figure, Ms. Hemme, but all is forgiven.
lol). She gladly took photos with every fan, and seemed to be having a
great time. I would gladly meet her again, she was a real joy.

Shamrock was great. I can't say a bad thing about him. He signed my CS
with the inscription "Im in the zone, GET OUTTA MY WAY!!!" and forgot
to sign his own name, which he did after he apologized. Shamrock did
not disapoint one bit.  He was as nice as you can get and I look
forward to getting my photo with him signed, if he does a show again.
If he is in your area, please meet him. You'll be very pleased.

And, even though he's not a wrestling guest, I must recommend to all
to meet Martin Kove, best known as Sensei Kreese from the Karate Kid.
He's also been in Rambo 2, Last House on the Left, and a lot others
including one of my favorite Tales From The Crypt episodes, "Half Way
Horrible" which is mainly what we talked about. Before the photo op,
he demanded in his John Kreese voice "no smiling!" and afterwards,
with a big smile gave me a handshake. Great guest.

I honestly think Mr. Poppel ran a great show and look forward to the
next show. I will no doubt be a repeat attendee. Thank you Mr. Poppel
for the fantastic time I had at your show, and I wish you great
success in the future with your show.

Big Chad
