ANOTHER REPORT FROM WWE WHITE PLAINS SHOW

With photos……

We attended WWE in White Plains today and were pleasantly surprised at the "near full" capacity of the turnout as well as the new floor-layout which they devised to fit more seats into the venue (even a 15-row "bleacher" section up on the stage which formerly was the "technical crew" areas)...

Solid show... all matches superbly competitive and exciting.. All talents played well to the crowd, superior reaction and fan interaction segments....

ONE BAD SEED--- Heavy rainfall preceeded the opening of the gates for this

show and as several fans entered the lobby seeking a restroom, we were

bluntly told the restrooms were off-limits by an elderly staff person whom

was none too pleased that fans were walking briskly past her "Gate"

to get to the restrooms--- which were next to the souvenir tables outside

the Main Hall.... the Gate was intended to give the Vendors some privacy

and set-up time... but the Gate also restricted fans from restroom access

in the moments before the opening of the doors/gates to enter the venue.

Keep the souvenir tables INSIDE THE MAIN HALL so that it doesn't necessitate

blocking off the lobby area's restrooms to fans just coming in from heavy rains!!!

HOW CAN YOU DENY A GUEST ACCESS TO PUBLIC RESTROOM FACILITIES!?!?!

HOT CROWD... GREAT MIX OF WWE TALENT (A+ for the Draft Aftermath). F for facilities.

Post-show, we went around back to find that the fans were having a field day (literally)

fans sprinkled all over the staff/superstars parking area and all were waiting and chanting

as the wrestlers exited the venue towards their cars.... Saw Jesse and Festus drive off

(Jesse was driving-- thank god)... Found Tommy Dreamer signing autographs and posing

with endearing fans near the driveway entrance and he spotted me right away and

gave a warm greeting and shrugged his shoulders when I asked about a return date

for the County Center.... He was in good spirits and everyone kept telling him welcome

back to Westchester and he was inquiring if the fans had a great time and if everyone

enjoyed the show.... He was standing there taking photos and greeting fans for surplus

20 minutes while his fellow superstars where all rushing out to their cars and driving off

the premises.... Police showed up and had to do crowd control and "sweep" the bevy

of fans out of the parking lot before the wrestlers continued making their departures in peace...

NEAR capacity... note: new seating configuration on floor level with the addition of riser seating under the balcony and the bleacher section up on the stage in the background...
