Ashley will make her first official appearance as a WWE Diva at the live SummerSlam(R) Pay-Per-View event taking place at the MCI Center in Washington, DC on Sunday, August 21 at 8 p.m. ET.

Massaro entered the Diva Search having been Miss Hawaiian Tropic USA 2002, Miss Hawaiian Tropic Canada 2005, host of several E! Channel Wild On shows and seen in Stuff Magazine, FHM and numerous swimsuit calendars.

Of the thousands of women who entered this competition, eight finalists were selected and debuted on RAW on Monday, June 27. WWE fans voted every week at WWE.com for their favorite Diva contestant. Each week, one Diva contestant was eliminated until three contestants remained and Ashley Massaro was declared the winner. If the experience of last year's winner is any indication, Ashley is in for quite a ride.

WWE Diva Christy Hemme(TM), last year's winner, has gone on to have an extremely successful run with World Wrestling Entertainment. Hemme most recently graced the cover of Playboy Magazine in April, competed at a main event match at WrestleMania(R) 21 versus Women's Champion Trish Stratus(R), appeared on the cover of the annual WWE Diva Swimsuit Magazine and is seen on RAW live every Monday night at 9 p.m. ET on Spike TV.
