Major League Wrestling announced today a massive match. Literally. In a super heavyweight showdown Ace Romero vs. Barrington Hughes has been signed for next Friday night’s December 13^th MLW: Zero Hour card at the Miami Scottish Rite Temple.

The undefeated Barrington Hughes has devoured the competition, dominating opponents, often in a minute or less since his October 2017 debut.  Rampaging through the War Games® match this past September, the Miami native has routinely shown he is the self proclaimed beast of the southeast. But what happens when this 469 pounder takes on a challenger that not only has size but the agility and technical game to make every match different?  

Ace Romero harkens back to the days of agile super heavies like Bam Bam Bigelow and Big Van Vader. Combing a power wrestling style with agility and sheer size, Romero is one of the most dangerous and popular newcomers to enter MLW.

“Wrestling has forgotten about the spectacular super heavyweights but Acey and Barrington are going to awaken the sport when they send shockwaves next Friday in Miami,” said MLW CEO Court Bauer.
