A smaller Big Show gets some bigger digs

Former pro wrestler Paul Wight -- ''The Big Show'' -- slammed down $3.7 million to buy the home of lawyer Henry ''Hank'' Adorno and wife Lisa on School House Road in Coral Gables.

Wight, 35, is seven feet tall.

He says he's down to 449 pounds -- from working out at Phantom Boxing Club in Miami. ''I decided to get in shape.'' He hopes to become a pro boxer.

He and wife Bess, 34, lived in Odessa, Fla. He has a daughter Cierra, 9, from a previous marriage.

''He's huge, but extremely kind and sensitive,'' says real estate lawyer Neal Litman, who handled Wight's closing. Litman says Wight hugged him and ``his hands wrapped around my head -- and I'm 6-foot-2 ½.''

(Litman also represented Wight's pal Terry Bollea, aka Hulk Hogan, who last year purchased a $12 million estate on Miami Beach's North Bay Road.) The Adornos bought the property for $3.5 million in March '06. Then he and his family relocated to Atlanta so he could service a major client, and put the house up for sale without moving in. The Adornos and Wights haven't met.

Main house has seven bedrooms -- and 10-foot, 6-inch ceilings. ''Very, very comfortable,'' Wight says. And there's a one-bedroom pool house.

The Adornos, who also owned a Fisher Island condo, sold that for $3.92 million.

Esslinger Wooten Maxwell's Judy Zeder had the Gables listing. South Pointe Drive Realty's John Lennon represented Wight.
