Scott D'Amore is back for his 2nd training camp in Streamwood on September 16th in Streamwood, IL starting at 2pm until 4pm. His last camp in July was very well received, and those in attendance walked way a lot better wrestlers & performers then they were when they walked in. Wrestlers came in from all over to attend the camp. Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin, Iowa, MI and as far away as Amsterdam, NY & 4 guys from Denver, CO. Scott D' Amore, the head booker for TNA is offering this 2nd camp to all. This is a great opportunity for local talent to be seen, and evaluated by Scott. .Anyone from the beginner to those that feel they're ready to make the jump to TNA should make plans to attend. Enrollment will be limited. All interested parties must call Ed Chuman @ 630-539-4541 to make arrangements to attend. Below is Scott's bio, and credentials. Cost of this camp is $50 per person. NEWS FROM AROUND NWA/ECCW

During a recent training session at the In-Pain Asylum in Whalley, Disco Fury suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon.  The rupture was so severe that the tendon re-coiled half way up his calf and the restorative surgery required 250 stitches (see photo at left).  Disco will be out of action for the rest of 2006.  Click HERE to read more and find out about an upcoming fundraiser for Disco.

Our condolences go out to MR2 and his family for the recent passing of his Father-In-Law.

The Honky Tonk Man will be returning to NWA/ECCW on September 29th in Surrey and the 30th in Vancouver.

NWA Canadian Heavyweight Champion, Vance Nevada, has successfully defended his title throughout British Columbia, Manitoba and Ontario over the last month with upcoming challenges awaiting him in Alberta.

Congratulations to NWA Top Ranked Wrestling play-by-play announcer Mauro Ranallo, who has been hired as the lead on-air host for The Fight Network starting in September.

NWA UK/Ireland's Rebecca Knox is set to embark in yet another tour of
Japan. This will be the third Japanese wrestling tour the 19 year old
Irish wrestler has done this year, with more planned for the coming
months. She will be hoping that her hard hitting British style will
help her continue her winning streak as she is yet to be defeated in
the "Land of the rising sun".

Rebecca will spend several days training at the famous NEO dojo, and
will wrestle for NEO on the 19th of August. On the 18th and 20th she
will compete in tournaments run by separate companies.


Rebecca sends her apologies to everyone at the summer camp for not
being able to attend now due to the tour but promises to be at an
upcoming Hammerlock training camp soon.

coming to NWA-MSW as we're ready to introduce our very own Television
Title.

To crown a champion, we will begin a tournament at our next TV taping,
which will take place Friday, August 11 at the Community Center in Mt.
Hope, WV. Scheduled participants include "Dynamite" Derik Billings,
Chad Cross, "Superstar" Shane Matthews, and many more!
