NWA ANARCHY TV TAPING 10-21-06 NWA ARENA CORNELIA, GA RESULTS

Greg Hunter and Todd Sexton (replacing John Johnson who was running late) were introduce as the announce team.

Jeff G Bailey came to the ring and talked about how Seth Delay was to have faced Onyx but went to Florida instead so Onyx has the night off.   Patrick Bentley slid into the ring from behind Bailey and hooked him in the full nelson.  Jeff Lewis ran to the ring anf swung at Bentley who released Bailey.  Bailey and Lewis retreated to the floor and Bailey challenged Bentley to face Onyx at Fright Night and be taught the lesson of his life.

Chad Parham def Dexter Poindexter.   Good back & forth match between these two.  During the match John Johnson arrived and Todd Sexton went toward the back.  Parham, who had throughout the match been pre-occupied with Sexton’s presence, nearly got pinned by Dexter by focusing on Sexton, as had happened several times before, but this time he managed to kick-out and pin Dexter for the win.  After the match Parham said he wanted Sexton face to face in the ring at Fright Night to end Sexton’s perceived preoccupation with him.

Greg Hunter called for the footage of TC Carnage getting strapped 5 times By Bentley and Delay after Adam Robert left him behind and refused to be strapped.  A promo cut that night that opened with TC’s scarred back was shown.  Hunter then introduced TV who said that at Fright Night he wanted Adam Roberts not to be able to run, so he wanted fans around the ring with straps, a Fan Strap Match.   The fans agreed.  Two fans were picked, and two more will be picked in Helen on 11/4.

Dan Wilson came out alone as the Devil’s Rejects music played but point to the rear of the building where Tank, Azrael & Tempers were carrying a casket over their heads to the ring. Wilson told Jerry Palmer that the match at Fright Night would now be a casket match.    Tank & Tempers waited in the ring for their opponents Austin Creed and Hayden Young.  Good match with Creed and Young standing up strong to the Rejects.  At one point Young hit a big Flying Squirrel/Frog Spash, and had Tank pinned but the ref was busy with Dan Wilson.  Young went to get the ref allowing Tank to recover, hit “go to sleep” and pin him.

UAS (Shadow and Nemesis) defeated Jeremy V & Jason Blackman in the Tables Match finals to win the right to face Tank & Tempers in a double tables match for the Anarchy Tag Team Titles at Fright Night.  After lots of back & forth action the match went outside the ring and a table was set up directly under the announce position.  Nemesis then came off the announce table with a double stomp on Blackman putting Blackman through the table and winning the match for UAS.

Justice Served (Justice & Free) made short work of Windwalker & Hayme.  Jerry Palmer came to the ring and began to announce who their final partner was for Fright Night when Dan Wilson and the Reject appeared.   Palmer then asked for a video that showed that “The Monster” ABYSS was coming to Fright Night as the 4th Member of Team Anarchy.  Palmer said “why wait” and he and Justice Served went after the Rejects.  Palmer chased Wilson back into the ring and just as he was about to get him he was hit from behind with a steel chair by Azreal.   The Rejects had the advantage until UAS came out to run them off.  Palmer was helped to the back.

Greg Hunter brought out Brandon P and commented that P had a reputation for ducking challengers for the TV Title.  As P went to comment out came Ace Rockwell to big response.   Rockwell said it was true that P was ducking opponents particularly him but at Fright Night he’d have to give him a match.  P disagreed and look like he was leaving but he and Ace got into it briefly before P slid out to safely.

Texas Hitmen (Bigg Dogg & Skitzo) def Hawkins and Thunder when Bigg Dogg was able to catch Hawkins who was coming off the top with a cross body block and plant him hard for the pin.

Jeff Lewis retained his NWA Anarchy Heavyweight Title in a tough match against Krazy K (Kirby Mack).   After the match Lewis commented on the mike about his opponent at Fright Night, Slim J, bringing J to the ring.  Lewis insulted J’s size saying he was no heavyweight.  Slim J went after Lewis.  Jeff G Bailey tried to get involved but Slim cut him off and Bailey fled the ring.  As Lewis went to attack again, Slim J took him down and hooked him as the fans chanted for Lewis to tap.  Bailey was able to drag Lewis from the ring.

Then, White Trash returned for Karnage. White Trash used the corner ring pole to low blow Karnage and then the "trash compactor" to score a victory in 6:37. Condry was in for his team. "Outlaw" planted numerous chops on the chest of Spyder. The Phantom was tagged in since Spyder had enough and Condry chopped The Phantom's chest too at the fans' request. Steve O ran in a few times and got a few chops on both his opponents when the referee was in the other corner trying to control the match. This was a fight for the NWA Mid-America Tag Team Titles. The fans were arguing with LA Player & Psycho Medic calling them "Whoopie Goldberg" and "Milk Dud" so Ricky Thunder & Jody Lopez took full advantage of the situation. Thunder & Lopez rolled up Player & Medic and won via pin fall over both men in 35 seconds. The "Syndicate Crew" was furious and demanded that Promoter Mike Porter and Commissioner George Gulas change the match to a 2 out of 3 falls. Round three, Thunder was still in the ring because the "Syndicate Crew" was keeping him away from his corner. Thunder somehow managed to regain some energy and did many kicks on LA Player. Thunder finally tagged in Lopez. Lopez was cleaning house. DeAngelo swung to hit Lopez with a chain but Lopez ducked and LA Player was nailed in the forehead by DeAngelo. The "North and South Connection" New York Gangster & Larry Cooter ran back to the ring and jumped DeAngelo & Karnage so the match would be a 2 on 2 with no outside interference. The referee lost control of the match and when all was said and done, Psycho Medic was down for the three count in 6:14. The NEW NWA Mid America Tag Team Champions are "939 Express" " Ricky Thunder & Jody Lopez, and still reigning NWA Hawaii Tag Team Champions. .
