You can get your copy autographed from Bill Watts personally……

I received this email from my dear friend Bill Watts yesterday.  He is very excited about the release of his book.  If you want your copy autographed just send it to Bill at the address below, but make sure you include return postage paid envelope.

Good news!

Just got an email from the VP of the Publishing company (ECW Press) that is doing my book, The Cowboy Bill Watts Story; The Bill Watts Story; Wrestling, Rebellion, and Redemption. You can also get some more info on it at our  website www.cowboybillwatts.com

The projected 'in the stores' date is now February 18th. Certainly we are excited, and looking forward to it being released.

Plus, if you so desire and have time, please explore fully our website and especially under the My Faith button on the toolbar----and I would certainly hope you would read My Testimony as well as look in the Archived Articles section which has a lot that I've written about my spiritual journey.

Also for those of you who 'so desire'---if you buy a copy of my book (and I am not handling sales, so you can buy it online at www.amazon.com and www.barnesandnoble.com that I know of)-----and want it autographed----IT WOULD BE MY PRIVILEGE!

Just send me your copy with a return pre-paid postage mailer----and I will take great pleasure in autographing it to you, or as some have said, to autograph it for the person you are buying it as a gift.

Again, thanks for all the support and all the encouragement. It is still my hope that this book 'changes the life of just one person who reads it.' I wanted to 'make a contribution' and 'leave something of value.' (Everybody has always realized or said that I 'sure can talk.' Well, hopefully in telling this, I will be saying something of value.)

Here is an email I received today from a young person, a youth minister, and a friend of my co-author, Scott Williams, who has been reading a pdf file of the manuscript----and gave me his opinion. (He has also become a great encourager to me of the things I write about my spiritual journey as mentioned on my website.)

The book is great.  Your humility is staggering.  And I’m not blowing smoke or trying to make you feel good.  What I just wrote was to borrow a wrestling term, a “shoot.”

I take the humility part from this: you showed your mistakes and didn’t try to cover up, rather you fiercely owned up to them, and that’s very humbling to have to do in print or any other way.

It’s a great read.  You and Scott are to be congratulated for a great work, and our Lord is to be praised for it all!!

Thanks for letting us, the “public” if you will, inside your life, victories AND defeats.

Oh, and the gospel is very clear.  Great job!!!  I fully expect people to be emailing you asking questions.  I’ll be praying for readiness.

Jason

From this, I hope you glean that it will speak of my life---from my childhood, to college to pro-wrestling---in all its candid profanity and vain self-centeredness----but also show I now realize that each of the choices I made in life had consequences---and these consequences not only affected me, but those around me.

In many societies, the wisdom of the elders was considered valuable. My 'snapshot' of my life is meant to call attention to this......and also to share my spirituality as I have developed a deep, personal relationship with Jesus Christ, my Savior and Lord.

Thanks,

Bill Watts

PS, when you read it, please----please give me your comments----good or bad----or both.
