a couple of things..........

Hey wassup? Just wanted to come on the blog to address a few things. Again, thanks for all the messages. I really appreciate them. Sorry I can't reply to each and every one of them but I am trying my best. I also got a lot of messages from the reports that I am considering suing JBL personally. A lot of people read that report and ran with the ball as if I had already filed. They key word here is "CONSIDERING" lol.

There are a lot of things to consider and I am doing that.............considering. I am still having headaches, my eye still feels weird, I still have blood in my eye and I can't stop singing Christopher Cross songs!! If you sang "Sailing" non stop you would consider friggin suing too!!

But to get back to being serious. This whole thing between JBL and I is NOT a work. I know that is the age ole conspiracy theory but it is NOT a work. A lot of people were surprised I gave an interview to WWE.com. To be honest I really wasn't going to BUT I felt that I had to refute the things I had heard JBL say. That's all. Do I regret doing it? No. Because I think that article exposed a lot of things that you can be the judge of for yourself.

I heard a few things of people saying I shouldn't sue because "it's just wrestling". Well guess what? It wasn't "just wrestling"....it was personal. Some say "haven't you ever been stiffed" and "wrestling is a fraternity, wrestlers don't sue each other". Well yes I HAVE been stiffed in the ring, I have worked with guys who worked snug. In this case it was neither "stiff" nor "snug". It can't even be considered working. It was a straight up assault. Wrestling is in many ways a fraternity but there some codes to live by in this business. The MAIN and ultimate code in this business is one word................trust.

We go out there with the plain and simple guideline that “I am giving you with my body in the TRUST that you will not purposely hurt me as I you expect the same TRUST of me.” I put that trust out there when I stepped in the ring and it was clearly violated. I wouldn’t consider legal action if it had just been “working tight” and I wouldn’t have considered legal action if  ¾  of the wrestling community wasn’t telling me I SHOULD!

And lastly, 3PW will take July and August off for the plain and simple reason that wrestling is a tough draw in the summer. South Philly is a ghost town when it comes to the weekend as EVERYONE is down the shore. I think this is for the best and we will be back in September with out batteries recharged and ready to give our best effort to entertain the fans. I hope you all of you are doing well and I look forward to hearing from all of you very soon!!
