FROM WILD SAMOAN TRAINING CENTER…
Newest Wild Samoan Training Center students to realize their dream.
The Wild Samoan Training Center is well know for opening the doors to a career in pro wrestling to young men and women. Over its 20 plus years, and under 2007 WWE Hall of Famer Afa "The Wild Samoan's" watchful eye, he has produced many of today's top wrestling stars. Names include Batista, Snisky, Kidman and many more.
Afa's son Samu is continuing the great work that his Dad started in the Allentown, Pennsylvania camp while Afa is operating his camp in Minneola, Florida.
Afa and Samu are proud to announce that two of the school's graduate students- Reon Mahima from New Zealand and Joe Gomez from Puerto Rico - have been offered contracts by the WWE.
Afa hosted a five-day tryout camp from June 23 through June 26th. Many of his students and upcoming stars had the opportunity to be evaluated by WWE vice president of Talent Relations, John Laurinaitis. Several of the WSTC students were invited to Monday Night Raw in Orlando, Florida and then to the Tampa-based developmental camp.
Afa has received word from Mahima and Gomez they have been offered contracts with the WWE.
On behalf of Afa The Wild Samoan, Samu, and the WSTC, we would like to congratulate these young men and wish them all the best as they move on to the next phase of their career.
