IWF Heavyweight Title Rematch Tops March Madness Weekend:
New Champ Defends at Live Events March 29-30 in West Paterson, NJ

(WEST PATERSON, NJ)- The Independent Wrestling Federation returns with March Madness Weekend live events Saturday, March 29, 7:30 pm and Sunday, March 30, 3 pm at IWF Centre, 32 Willow Way, West Paterson, NJ.  Here is a preview of the upcoming cards.

Day one on March 29 features a Double Main Event.  In a return bout for the IWF Heavyweight Title, former two-time champion Tony Torres tangles with new champion Travis Blake with Commissioner Rich Ross.  Blake upended Torres to capture the gold on behalf of The Ross Family last month at February Fury to end Tony's six-month title reign.  Blake, a triple crown winner having held the Heavyweight, American and Tag Team Titles, looks to turn away the challenge of Torres who wants to claim the belt for a third time.

In an Intergender Tag Team Match, American Champion Kevin Knight teams with popular diva Jana to battle former Junior Champion Chris Steeler and flamboyant Cameron Matthews.  Jana and Steeler battled for much of 2007 while the newcomer Matthews nearly won the title from Knight in January.  Now these adversaries try to settle their differences in this encounter.

The IWF Tag Team Champions see singles competition as Justin Corino meets Biggie Biggs, while Frank Scoleri faces Mike Jenkins.  How will the tag champs fare in one-on-one action against their arch-rivals?

In an IWF Junior Heavyweight Title Match, two-time champion Antonio Rivera squares off against challenger Evan Schwartz.  Rivera reclaimed the gold last month from Steeler at February Fury, but Schwartz plans to make it a short-lived celebration as he attempts to win his first championship.

Rookie standout Kareem West faces an uphill challenge against the 340-pound mastodon Franciz with Rich Ross.  In other action, its a battle of the big men as Portuguese powerhouse Dan Marques wrestles the rugged Bryan Harley.  Also appearing are Barry Delaney and much more to be announced.

Day two on Sunday, March 30 begins with a special 3 pm bell-time and also features a Double Main Event.  Ross Family and Latin Revolution members meet one-on-one as IWF Heavyweight Champion Travis Blake faces Junior Champion Antonio Rivera.  It remains to be seen if either man will enter this contest with their title reigns intact.

In an IWF Tag Team Title Match, fun-loving Biggie Biggs and maniac Mike Jenkins...known affectionately as "Bigg Nuts" look to upend two-time champions Justin Corino and Frank Scoleri.  In January at Winter Warfare, Biggs and Jenkins took the champs to the edge in a time-limit draw.  Last month at February Fury, Biggs and Jenkins regained the number one contender's spot, and now hope to extract the belts from "Pretty Smart" duo.

The IWF American Title is on the line as champion Kevin Knight defends against Chris Steeler in their first-ever singles meeting.  Knight took pleasure in Steeler's temper tantrum last month after losing the Junior Title.  Now Steeler looks for more gold in attempting to end Kevin's seven-month reign.

In other action, Tony Torres faces Bryan Harley, Jana meets Franciz of The Ross Family, Kareem West opposes Cameron Matthews, while Jason Roberts with Miss Kristina grapples Evan Schwartz.  Also appearing are Matt Bennett, Barry Delaney and much more to be announced.  For information visit www.WrestlingIWF.com.  Cards subject to change.

Looking ahead to next month, IWF presents the 11th Annual Anniversary Events Reckless Abandon Weekend featuring WWE Legend The Honky Tonk Man..."The Greatest Intercontinental Champion of All-Time!"  The events take place Friday, April 18, 8 pm, and Sunday, April 20, 4 pm at IWF Centre, West Paterson, NJ.  Pre-order your tickets now at www.WrestlingIWF.com or purchase tickets at IWF Centre during March Madness Weekend.

Mamajuana, the 400 year old Caribbean cocktail and trusted aid of world-renowned playboy Porfirio Rubirosa has been recreated for a new age.  It debuts today in the United States as MAMAJUANA ENERGY, a 2 oz. energy shot that provides an all-natural energy boost, increased stamina as well as the legendary virility qualities of the original.

When John Layfield, former World Champion WWE Superstar, Fox Business Financial Analyst and Texas-born entrepreneur, discovered the recipe a little over a year ago in the Caribbean, he immediately began work on bringing this small yet powerful concoction to the US and beyond.  “I believed there was an opportunity to recreate it as an all-natural new age beverage that would taste good and add fun and excitement to people’s lives” said Layfield, CEO of Layfield Energy, Inc. “With the launch of MamaJuana Energy, we’re taking energy drinks to a new place.”

To create a formula for distribution in America, Layfield partnered with Baywood International Inc. (OTC: BAYW.OB), a leading nutraceutical company focused on all-natural, herbal supplements and remedies.  The result is a non-alcoholic drink with a hint of berry that can be enjoyed straight up or blended with rum, vodka or other spirits.  MamaJuana Energy will be available at stores nationwide and online at www.MamaJuanaEnergy.com.

Layfield Energy is a targeted nutrition company offering MamaJuana Energy, a new energy drink for men that improves sexual performance, and 418 Energy, the first energy drink formulated specifically for golfers. MamaJuana Energy is available online at www.MamaJuanaEnergy.com and soon at stores everywhere.  418 Energy will be available in pro shops nationwide, with partners and information at www.TShotEnergy.com.  Layfield Energy is based in Scottsdale, Ariz. and is a joint venture of Layfield, Inc. and Baywood International, Inc., a publicly traded nutraceutical company under ticker: BAYW.OB.  The founder and CEO of Layfield Energy is John Layfield, a legend in sports entertainment and business.
