Four More Teams Announced for #KOT14!

In just one month, CHIKARA's massive King of Trios tournament arrives at The Palmer Center in Easton, PA! The biggest tournament in all of professional wrestling - bursting with 48 competitors in all -  is the high water mark for CHIKARA every year, and 2014 will be no different. 

As revealed last Wednesday, the very first trio entered into this year’s tourney is the reuniting Spirit Squad! And over the last week, four more trios have been announced: 

Frightmare, Hallowicked, and UltraMantis Black won the most recent Kings of Trios tournament. This year, The Spectral Envoy is looking to prove their superiority once again by doing what no other trio has done before and win back-to-back tournaments!

Damian Dunne, Pete Dunne, and Mark Andrews are proudly representing the U.K. this year. The Dunne brothers are making their CHIKARA debuts, but Andrews was a memorable entrant in the 9th Young Lions Cup Tournament. This is Team UK's first time as a trio, but their combined talents may just be enough to take them to the top!     

Fire Ant, Silver Ant, and Worker Ant want to recapture the success that Fire, Green, and Soldier had in 2011 when they won the tournament! The combination of Fire’s quick offense, Silver’s technical skill, and Worker’s power could bring another set of KOT medals to The Colony!

Max Smashmaster, Blaster McMassive, and Flex Rumblecrunch, and their manager, Sidney Bakabella, want to hit the pay window at this year’s tournament! The Devastation Corporation's immense size and strength advantage make them a destructive, dominant team and colossal challenge for the other trios in the tournament!
