Hi Georgiann,I attended the Comic Con for the 23rd time this year. As soon at the Con opened I went up the autograph area and saw Honky Tonk Man & Bushwacker Luke already in their area signing for other fans. I was 1020am so they started early. I waited about 4 min. before it was my turn. I met HTM first & he was very nice & in good spirits. He signed my WWE Encyclopedia for me & I took a picture of him and moved along to BWL. He too was nice & signed my book. I would have liked to have had my pic taken with them but I went to the show on a budget and couldnt see $40 extra go down that quick.
Few hours later I wandered down to the exhibit hall to the Ted Jr. signing. The line was a bit long but moved along pretty fast. He was signing anything you gave him. I also had him sign my book. I asked if his dad was gonna be signing & he said "No." This was the second time I was anxious to meet Ted Sr. & he didnt show up. Ted Jr. was very nice and seemed happy to be there.
My father then called me on the phone & told me RVD was at a booth signing. I have met RVD numerous times from other signings & his comic stores back in the day. I wasnt gonna bother but I went ahead and went to the table he was signing at and had a very little wait. He remembered me & I had him sign my book as well.
I didnt know Shelly Martinez was gonna be at the con. I left Saturday. Maybe she will be at the Long Beach Comic Con in Oct.? I can hope!
