…..

Mr. Farr:

I wanted to let you and the Commission know that the Members of the Georgia Promoters Advisory Committee plan to attend the 2-12 Commission meeting as we have no information from the Commission as to what the Commission plans to do at the meeting in reference to the proposed and we believe dramatically flawed rules on professional wrestling that the Commission has currently published for review.

We will encourage all Georgia promoters and other interested parties to attend the meeting.

We had hoped the commission would engage in a "give & take" with us as was suggested at the December meeting, but that has not occurred.  We made a good faith effort to present rules we believe satisfy the word & intent of the law, but the commission has not responded.

We would like an opportunity to hear from the Commission on what, if any, discussion or consideration there has been among the Commissioners in reference to the points that were made by various promoters and interested parties at the Commission meeting in December and the rules we suggested replace those developed by the Commission, which I presented to you & Mr. Biello at our lunch several weeks ago at Atlanta Fish Market.

I again attach the 12 rules we suggested.

Look forward to seeing you and the Commissioners on 2-12 at 11AM.
