While Diamond Dallas Page is here he is willing to do a YRG class and discuss fitness and diet with anyone that is interested. If you aren't familiar with his YRG program please check out his website. It is www.ddpbang.com
We are going to have the class at a local gym or the hotel the signing is in. It will be early Sunday morning before he is going to leave to go back to sunny CA!
It will be $25 a person and definitely worth your time to check out. He has helped many lose weight and get back to their lives as they wish to have them. If you are interested in this possibly life changing class please let me know and we will start a sign up. Payment for the class would have to be prior to and there has to be at least 5 people for the class to be held.
