TOMMASO CIAMPA RETURNS to ECWA on JUNE 1, 2013 in NEWARK, DE!

HELP ECWA & ALEX’S LEMONADE RAISE FUNDS TO FIND A CURE FOR CHILDHOOD CANCER!

After suffering a torn ACL last fall while wrestling at ROH and months of rehabilitation, Tommaso Ciampa is finally ready to return to the ring. One of the first stops for the 2011 ECWA Super 8 Champion will be Sat, June 1, 2013 at the East Coast Wrestling Association (ECWA) RAISING THE BAR II at the Boys & Girls Club in Newark, Delaware!  Ciampa will be facing the current ECWA Unified Heavyweight Champion Josh Daniels w/ Joel Blackhart (NOTE: If Daniels successfully defends against VsK on May 11 in NJ, then this will be a championship match)!

Ciampa went to the finals in the ECWA Super 8 in 2009 (vs Nick Logan) and 2010 (vs Austin “Consequences” Creed aka Xavier Woods) before finally winning the Super 8 in 2011 when he defeated Rich Swann, Shiima Xion aka Zema Ion and Adam Cole in the finals. Ciampa has also had other past classic matches in ECWA with. 2013 Super 8 winner and former 3-time ECWA Unified Tag Team Champion Damian Dragon and with 2012 Super 8 winner and former Mid-Atlantic and former Heavyweight Champion “Greek God” Papadon!

Josh Daniels defeated “Heart Killer” Chris Wylde for the ECWA Unified Title in Jan 2013 in a controversial decision via submission and recently won a 30-Min Iron Man rematch against Wylde in March 2013.

ECWA  will also be hosting an Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) table at our June 1^st event. We will be accepting donations of $1+ for a cup of lemonade.
