WWN closes out its 2018 this weekend with three live events this weekend. Let’s get to it….

-Here’s a quick look at this Saturday’s SHINE 55 from La Boom in Queens, NY. This show has a 3pm EST start time. Make it a double header with EVOLVE at 6pm from La Boom (each event is a separate ticket). Go here for all the info.

EVOLVE Championship Triple Threat Match
Fabian Aichner defends vs. Roderick Strong vs. Austin Theory with Priscilla Kelly
Aichner has blown up in recent months by becoming the EVOLVE Champion while establishing himself as a force on the NXT UK brand. He will face his toughest challenge this weekend at EVOLVE. Strong has held several championships in the WWN Family, but the Undisputed Era member and half of the NXT Tag Team Champions has never held the EVOLVE Title. He is returning to EVOLVE this weekend to try to Shock The System by becoming the new champ. Theory is touted as a future champion. After falling short in trying to win the WWN Title, he is turning his attention to the EVOLVE Championship. Who will walk out of La Boom as EVOLVE Champion?
EVOLVE Tag Team Championship vs. WWN Championship
(If JD Drake is pinned he will lose the WWN Championship to whoever defeats him)
EVOLVE Tag Team Champions The Street Profits of Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins vs. WWN Champion JD Drake & Anthony Henry
These two teams went to war at EVOLVE 115. The end result was Ford pinning WWN Champion Drake. The battle deserves a rematch, but this time the stakes are higher. If either Ford or Dawkins take the fall on Drake, they will be the new WWN Champion. Henry & Drake know what it takes to be EVOLVE Tag Team Champions. Will someone walk out of La Boom as a double champion?
Special Challenge Match
Kassius Ohno vs. Darby Allin
Allin has made it clear this isn’t about just being in the ring with an independent legend and NXT Superstar like Ohno. Allin needs the win. Allin is in the middle of an unofficial trial series with WWE talent after wrestling Velveteen Dream at EVOLVE 113 and Mustafa Ali at EVOLVE 116. Can he get the big win?
Special Attraction Match
AR Fox with Ayla & The Skulk vs. Curt Stallion
Fox has grown into the icon role in the WWN Family. Stallion is a hot upcomer on the Indies. Can Stallion make a statement in his first EVOLVE match?
David vs. Goliath Match
Leon Ruff vs. Josh Briggs
Ruff of The Skulk has gained popularity with his exciting performances. Briggs is a big man who is touted as one of the top names to watch in 2019. Who will gain momentum going into the new year?
Prelim Match #1
BSHP KNG vs. Joe Gacy
KNG raised some eyebrows with this promo. Gacy has shown a strong fight on recent EVOLVE cards after earning an opportunity in EVOLVE and at a NXT TV taping at a recent WWN Seminar/Tryout. Both men are fighting for jobs. Will one of them earn a fulltime spot?
Prelim Match #2
Harlem Bravado vs. Joe Bailey
Bailey and Bravado have toured together in the UK. Bailey is regarded as a top prospect. Bravado, a former DGUSA Open The United Gate Champion, is looking to take a top spot in EVOLVE. They both need the win. Who will get it?

EVOLVE Championship Match (If Aichner Is Still Champion)
Fabian Aichner defends vs. AR Fox with Ayla & The Skulk
If Aichner successfully defends the EVOLVE Championship at EVOLVE 117, he will put it on the line against Fox. This is a match we never thought possible! Fox was the first-ever EVOLVE Champion. Can he become a two-time champ?
EVOLVE Tag Team Championship Match (if Street Profits Are Still Champions)
The Street Profits defend vs. Harlem Bravado & Austin Theory with Priscilla Kelly
Theory saw that his estranged trainer Fox and classmate Ruff took The Street Profits to the limit at EVOLVE 116. He asked for a match to prove that he could do better. Theory has enlisted the former record setting DGUSA Tag Team Champion as his partner. If The Street Profits retain at EVOLVE 116, the titles all be on the line. Will The Street Profits make it out of the final EVOLVE weekend of the year as champions?
Special Challenge Match #1
Roderick Strong vs. Darby Allin
Allin’s unofficial trial series continues in this incredible match. Will Allin have momentum from an Ohno victory or will he be on the brink of insanity?
Special Challenge Match #2
Kassius Ohno vs. Anthony Henry
Things got heated with Ohno and Henry last month. Henry shoved Ohno out of frustration at EVOLVE 115, but then apologized and asked for a match at EVOLVE 116. Ohno granted the match, but verbally embarrassed Henry in the process. What will happen when they collide this Sunday?
SHINE Showcase Match
Priscilla Kelly vs. Shotzi Blackheart
EVOLVE will feature more women’s matches in 2019. Kelly is a mainstay on the EVOLVE roster. Blackheart impressed in her SHINE Title opportunity at EVOLVE 115. Who will lead women’s wrestling in EVOLVE?
Hoss Fight
Josh Briggs vs. Adrian Alanis
Briggs will continue his weekend against Skulk members when he takes on the bigger Alanis, who has not lost in EVOLVE. Can Alanis solidify a fulltime spot at Briggs’ expense or will Briggs realize his potential?
Prelim Match #1
Joe Gacy vs. Joe Bailey
These two men are fighting for jobs in EVOLVE. The stakes are high. Will one of them earn it?
Prelim Match #2 – Four Way Freestyle
Curt Stallion vs. Leon Ruff vs. BSHP KING vs. Colby Corino
These four athletic competitors are also fighting for fulltime jobs in EVOLVE. This will provide the card with a lot of action. Who will win?
