The WWN and EVOLVE offices have never been busier. We know things have been a little quiet, but that’s because we are in the finishing stages of several different negotiations. We have some breaking news today with much more to come. Let’s get to it….
Introducing The EVOLVE Pro Wrestling Academy: We will have a full press release out soon, but we will leak the news now. EVOLVE is opening up a wrestling school in Queens, NY! We are excited to name Joe Gacy as the head coach. The school will be located at the Coliseum Gym 2.0, which is a 24/7 gym for athletes serious about their training. We will launch activities at the EVOLVE Pro Wrestling Academy on Friday, February 28th with an EVOLVE Seminar/Tryout with special guest Tommaso Ciampa. We’ll have more info soon, but you can fill out an application now in the WWNLive.com Seminar/Tryout section. It’s time to start your pro wrestling career!
Anything Goes EVOLVE Title Match Signed: The rivalry between EVOLVE Champion Josh Briggs and Anthony Greene has exploded in recent months. We saw an insane Falls Count Anywhere Match last month in Ybor City, FL. Greene pulled out a controversial victory. Greene and Brandi Lauren took over the @WWNEVOLVE Twitter last Monday and bragged about Greene being 2-0 against Briggs. Now Briggs has had enough. It will be Josh Briggs defending the EVOLVE Championship vs. Anthony Greene with Brandi Lauren in an Anything Goes Match on February 29th in Queens, NY! Tickets are now available at Etix.com.
Grudge Match Signed: Stephen Wolf has been waiting since last July to get his hands on Harlem Bravado. It’ll finally happen at the location where Bravado attacked Wolf with a piece of the guardrail. Wolf vs. Bravado is set for March 1st when EVOLVE returns to Melrose, MA. Get tickets now at Etix.com.

What Is Accelerate?: Anthony Greene leaked out info on Accelerate when he took over the EVOLVE Twitter over a week ago. Accelerate will be a unique tournament on the Thursday before Wrestlemania. It will be part of WRESTLExpo, which is only a couple of miles from WWE Axxess. Since Greene leaked the info, we have seen several wrestlers tweet out the graphic that is in the header of this WWN Alerts. Who will get in? We’ll find out soon. WWN officials are in some interesting negotiations with WWE officials right now. Get the best seats while they remain.
