EVOLVE is all about talent development and opportunity. We are pleased to present two different EVOLVE Seminar/Tryouts this month and a three-day EVOLVE Recruitment Camp right before WrestleMania week.
These learning experiences will feature guests from the WWE Performance Center and NXT talent. If your goal is to get a WWE contract, there’s no better learning experience available to independent wrestlers.
The opportunity is real. Participants of past EVOLVE Seminar/Tryouts and EVOLVE Recruitment Camps have gotten signed to WWE, been given WWE PC tryouts, been signed to EVOLVE, have gotten on NXT TV and been booked to WWN Family promotions. There’s been over 100 wrestlers, referees, managers and announcers booked and the number keeps rising.
All interested participants need to fill out the application here. You must have completed a reputable training course to participate as a wrestler, referee or manager. You must have prior experience in pro wrestling to participate as an announcer. These experiences will not benefit you unless you have learned the basics. Please don’t apply unless you have this experience.
The EVOLVE Seminar/Tryout has seen over 100 wrestlers, referees, managers and announcers booked in NXT, EVOLVE, SHINE and other WWN Family events. Several have signed EVOLVE contracts and earned full-time jobs. We’ve even seen talent start in an EVOLVE Seminar/Tryout and get signed by WWE! The opportunity is real.
The EVOLVE Seminar/Tryout consists of:
-At least one participant will be given the opportunity to go to NXT TV on USA Network as an extra. Several past EVOLVE Seminar/Tryouts participants have seen action on NXT TV as a result.
-At least one participant will be booked for EVOLVE.
-A lecture and possibly in ring drills from the guest instructor from NXT.
-Tryout matches scouted by EVOLVE VP Of Talent Relations & Creative and WWE Creative Consultant Gabe Sapolsky.
-The matches will be taped with multiple cameras in HD. Participants will receive the footage to do anything they want with.
-A written evaluation from Sapolsky, including Sapolsky’s “Tools For Success” guide. These are the lessons Sapolsky has learned throughout his 26-year career. He started as Paul Heyman’s personal assistant in ECW and now works in NXT alongside Paul Levesque and the entire WWE PC staff. Sapolsky will share the invaluable lessons he’s learned in this guide.
-Plus there will be other opportunities and learning experiences!
There will be a unique EVOLVE Seminar/Tryout on March 14th in the Detroit area to be held at the same location as EVOLVE that evening. This one will be different than the usual format. Everyone will receive a tryout match in front of Ciampa and Sapolsky. All participants will then receive immediate feedback. Due to the different nature of this EVOLVE Seminar/Tryout, it will have a discounted price of $149.
We are very excited to welcome WWE PC Finishing Coach and NXT Producer Terry Taylor as the special guest at the EVOLVE Seminar/Tryout on March 15th in Chicago at the same location as EVOLVE that evening. This Seminar/Tryout will include:
-Coach Taylor will give a lecture and knowledge that you can normally only get at the WWE PC

We are offering a comprehensive learning experience in the Midwest. There is a combo option available to take part in both the March 14th and March 15th Seminar/Tryouts for only $299! This is the best training and opportunity we’ve ever been able to offer in the Midwest.
The next 3-day EVOLVE Recruitment Camp will kickoff WrestleMania Week! It will be March 27th-29th in Port Richey, FL, which is just 35 miles from Tampa.
We have lined up coaches, producers and talent from the WWE Performance Center and NXT to give you the most well-rounded learning experience possible. This is the kind of knowledge you can normally only get if you are signed by WWE and training at the WWE PC!
The guests on March 27th-29th include:
WWE Talent Development Head Scout William Regal- Mr. Regal needs no introduction. His lecture is a must for any wrestler. Regal will give an expanded lecture at the EVOLVE Recruitment Camp.
NXT Coach Robby Brookside- Coach Brookside brings his decades of knowledge to the EVOLVE Recruitment Camp. Brookside is one of the most well-regarded guests at our past EVOLVE Seminar/Tryouts.
NXT Coach Christopher Guy- This is the 1st time Coach Guy is coming as a guest. Guy, also known as Ace Steele during his days as a wrestler, has trained some of the best in the industry.
Sean Hayes- The WWE PC Strength & Conditioning Coach returns for the third time to an EVOLVE Recruitment Camp. Coach Hayes is always one of the most popular guests. He will teach you how to get into WWE Superstar shape. Hayes will give a different class than he did at the first two EVOLVE Recruitment Camps for returning participants.
Ryan Katz & James Long- Both have key roles in the NXT production office. They will teach promos and character development. You will have the opportunity to deliver a promo and receive their feedback.
Drake Weurtz- The NXT senior official returns to the EVOLVE Recruitment Camp! Weurtz will teach wrestlers how to work with referees. He will also give special attention to the referees and provide insights in to how referees support live event production. This is your chance to learn from a WWE referee!
Gabe Sapolsky- You will get various lessons from Sapolsky that will cover a number of different subjects. He will highlight how he has seen the business evolve in recent years and share critical lessons to help make yourself NXT-ready.
The EVOLVE Recruitment Camp will also feature tryout matches with immediate evaluation. The camp will culminate with the Do Or Die Showcase. This is a PPV quality card booked by Sapolsky that is broadcast free on the WWNLive Facebook and on Club WWN. All participants will be given footage to distribute however they want. You will get the chance to show your skills!
The cost of the three-day camp is $799. It will include dinner every night. You are responsible for travel and lodging, but we will assist in finding a hotel deal and roommates.
