I attended the Family Wrestling Entertainment "Meltdown" at St Finbar's Gym inBrooklyn NY this past Saturday night. It was a loaded card with a number of
stars from TNA soon to be Impact Wrestling. I was looking forward to meeting the
talent especially the ladies. Winter fka Katie Lea Burchill was originally
scheduled to take on Jillian Hall who unfortunately had to back out due to
injury but to my excitement was replaced by one half of the TNA Knockout Tag
Team Champions Rosita and special guest referee Christy Hemme! The main event
was "Showtime" Eric Young and Jay Lethal who put on quite a show wrestling as
his alter ego personas channeling Ric Flair and The Macho Man. The preliminary
contests and undercard featured some rather talented young up and coming
wrestlers form the independent scene. I was impressed with Malta The Damager,
Wes Draven, The Midnight Sensations, Azriel as well as the rest. I also got to
catch up with some other friends I have made in the last year or so so it was a
really fun evening. Here are a few pictures of me from Saturday. I can not wait
to see what FWE has in store for their next show. Please support independent
