FCW Invaded by WXW Promotion

Florida Championship Wrestling may not be the only WWE developmental territory for long.

WXW, a promotion run by WWE Hall of Famer Afa "The Wild Samoan" Anoai, crashed a FCW show in Leesburg, Florida on Friday night called Hot August Night Tour.

Bo and Duke Rotundo were in the ring working the main event along with Bret Di Biase, who is the younger brother of Ted Di Biase, Jr., when WXW talents came running through the crowd and hit the ring.

The group, which was led by King Haku, immediately got on the microphone and began spouting off about FCW running in their building, the Leesburg Armory.

Afa was less than pleased with the developmental territory infringing on his territory.  So, he brought along not just Haku, but Ricky Santana, Dylan Night, Candi, Bret Thunder and his WXW Champ Sugga.

Santana fired perhaps the biggest shot of the night when he called the FCW roster "a bunch of second generation nobodies."

The group took out the Rotundo Brothers and DiBiase and wound up spray painting two of them with the letters W-X-W across their chest.

Steve Kern then came out to try to save face and then got into it with Afa as the FCW locker room then cleared which restored peace to the situation.

We have to wonder whether or not this is the beginning of the end for the partnership between WWE and FCW for not turning out new talent.

Florida has never been a hot spot for wrestling in the past, but with Afa moving to Florida, it will be "HOTTER THAN EVER", IMO.
