Tommy Laskas was killed at a Corrosion Of Conformity show in Y-bor last week and was laid to rest this week.

He is survived by his wife Wendy (also a stabbing victim @ the show) and his daughter Delia.

Note by Georgie:  When I received this email it made me think how wonderful the wrestling community can be. It's times like this that remind me that when there is a tragedy, everyone rallies around. 

Sabu was in trouble after his 90 day stay in the hospital and everyone rallied around to help him be a little more comfortable until he could work again. 

When Chris Candido passed away suddenly, everyone helped again, to make things a little easier for Tammy.  1,500 went to the one day wake and many helped with money also.

One of the main problems in wrestling is that most Indy wrestlers can not get good health insurance, if any at all.  It's not an easy life for most of the Indy workers, but none of them would change a thing.
