Thanks to Bob for this heads up:
Daniel Eugene Spivey of Odessa, Florida was arrested on July 14, 2007 for DUI.
Dan Spivey had a very fulfilled wrestling career. I most remember Dan, as a Skyscrapper member first with Sid Vicious and then with Mean Mark Callous (Undertaker). They were managed by Theodore Long.
His last run with WWF he was Waylon Mercy. Didn't like that gimmick much.
