Funk's Corner - Beyond the Norm - Stipulation Matches
Professional wrestling has always gone beyond the norm.
Wrestling matches change into lumberjack matches, cage matches, Texas Death Matches, Russian Chain Matches, Bra and Panties Matches, Evening Gown Matches, Coal Miner Glove matches, Handicap Matches, Table, Ladder and Chair Matches, Street Fights, First Blood matches, Triple H's specialty, the Blind Fold Match, Battle Royals, Royal Rumbles, Elimination Chamber matches, Ultimate X Matches, Arabian Sand matches, Stretcher Matches and Casket Matches.
Now comes the Granddaddy of them all an entire wrestling card of Six Sided Steel Cage Matches, Eight of them in all and maybe more, "Lockdown." TNA's next pay per view is coming April 23rd.
Weapons will be added to the ceiling in the Eight Man Tag Team Match, Jeff Jarrett, Scott Steiner and America's Most Wanted against Sting's army, including the master of the Gore, Rhino and more. If you can reach the weapons you can use them in the match. I can't wait to see what the weapons are?
Christian Cage after being nearly drowned by Abyss must step into a steel cage with the monster Abyss wrestling for the most prestigious championship the NWA World Heavyweight Championship with no way out. Of course if Christian kicks the Hell out of Abyss, he has no way out either.
One of the most homicidal, suicidal wrestlers in the world, Sabu returns to TNA to face Samoa Joe, the only man in the world tough enough to wear his own T-shirt that says, "Joe is Going to Kill You."
In the six sided cage, in a technically great match, Christopher Daniels, an alumni of the Dory Funk Method of Professional Wrestling faces from Japan, Jushin Liger for the X division Championship.
Team 3D with Matt Hyson aka Spike Dudley face Team Canada and in an arm wrestling match, inside a steel cage, Bullet Bob Armstrong matches strength with Konnan.
Two more matches will be added to the card.
