1936: Dorv Roche, substituting for Orville Brown, defeated Babe Zaharias in the main event at Loew’s Grand Theatre in
1938: Milo Steinborn defeated Everett Gibbons in the main event at the Warren Arena in
1938: Jimmy Logas defeated Raoul Lopez in the main event at the New Coliseum in
1943: Al Massey defeated Tiny Kennon in the main event at the Atlanta Municipal Auditorium for Georgia Championship Wrestling promoter Sammy Friedman.
1944: Al Massey defeated Al Galento in the main event at the Atlanta Municipal Auditorium for Georgia Championship Wrestling promoter Paul Jones.
1949: The Phantom defeated Bob Shipp in the main event at the National Guard Armory in Douglasville for promoter Fred Ward. Tommy Ward defeated Danny Dusek in the semi-main event. Incidentally, Tommy and Fred Ward were the same person. Ward was not yet affiliated with Georgia Championship Wrestling.
1964: Billy & Bad Boy Hines defeated Ken Fryer & Little Abner by disqualification in the main event at the Macon City Auditorium for promoter Fred Ward. Ward was not affiliated with Georgia Championship Wrestling at this time. It was reported that 1,627 were in attendance for this card.
1966: Dale Lewis defeated Charlie Harben & Sputnik Monroe to win $1,000 in the main event at the Atlanta Municipal Auditorium for Georgia Championship Wrestling promoter Paul Jones.
1969: The Assassins defeated Alberto & Ramon Torres to retain the World Tag Team Title at the Macon City Auditorium for Georgia Championship Wrestling promoter Fred Ward.
1972: Bepo Mongol (Nikolai Volkoff) won the Brass Knucks Title in a one-night tournament at the Atlanta Municipal Auditorium for Georgia Championship Wrestling promoter Paul Jones. We are unclear as to the pairing and results of the tournament, but Bob Armstrong, Mr. X, Buddy Colt, Karl Von Stroheim, Rocket Monroe, Raton Kadoka, El Mongol, Derrell Cochran, Pat Kelly, Mike Kelly, Billy Spears, Roberto Soto, Dick Steinborn, and Flash Monroe participated. Assassin #1 managed Karl Von Stroheim, Bepo Mongol, and Mr. X. Charlie Smith was credited as being a referee for this card. It was announced that Bobo Brazil would be wrestling in
1975: Robert Fuller & Jimmy Golden defeated the Mighty Yankees, managed by J.C. Dykes, to win the Macon Tag Team Title at the Macon Coliseum for Georgia Championship Wrestling promoter Fred Ward. We do not have results for this match, but the semi-main event was advertised as Dykes versus Jimmy Golden. Also, Ron Garvin (managed by Jimmy Garvin), Rock Hunter & Assassin #2 defeated Ken Patera, Jerry Brisco & Mr. Wrestling #2 by disqualification.
