The first Peach State Pandemonium Roundtable, featuring Dick Steinborn and Bobby Simmons was conducted this morning. The theme of the show was based on Ann Gunkel’s All-South Wrestling Alliance, and both men gave us great insight into the beginnings and last shots in the war with Georgia Championship Wrestling, as well as stories on its successes and failures. NAWA Ring Champions results from Rome, GA, at the National Guard Armory on March 13: Lamar Phillips, Chris Lightning & Ced G. Sanford over Mike Cross, Tyler Smith & Boozer; Chick Donovan over Jay Clinton; Kyle Matthews over Rick Michaels & Lance Timberlake in a handicap match; Chris Ganz over Tyler Smith; Frankie Valentine over Simon Sermon; Big Head Hansen over Big Wood; and the main event featuring Steve & Terry Lawler versus Bulldog Raines & the Nightmare ended in a double disqualification. Parker Arena in Cornelia, GA, it's the final stop for NWA Anarchy on the highway to Hardcore Hell featuring: Mikal Judas versus Iceberg (with Reverend Dan Wilson) for the right to face Shatter for the Anarchy Heavyweight Title at Hardcore Hell; Mr. Adonis versus a Jerry Palmer's mystery opponent to determine the stipulation at Hardcore Hell. If Adonis wins, Jeremy Vain get Palmer in a wrestling match, but if Palmer wins, he gets Vain in a Bunkhouse Match with Adonis handcuffed to the ring; Truitt Fields defends the Anarchy Television Title against "Merciless" Don Matthews (with "Stray Cat" Brodie Chase); Anarchy Tag Team Title Match: Devil's Rejects ("Sleeper Cell" Shaun Tempers & "Son of Satan" Azrael with the Rev) (c) versus "The Big Deal" Sal Rinauro & "Kool" Seth Delay; Nemesis and Slim J will square off verbally, but there's a catch. If it gets physical the offending party is terminated from Anarchy and banned from the NWA for life; and Hollywood Brunettes ("The Wizard of Ahhs" Andrew Alexander & Kyle Matthews) versus Talent & Money (J. T. Talent & Andrew Pendleton III). Plus: Todd Sexton unveils his new prodigies, The Regular Guys, and explains why he chose them to help his efforts. 1918: Strangler Lewis, managed by Billy Sandow, defeated John Olin in seventy-three minutes at the Liberty Theatre in Savannah for promoter Max Bauman.
1928: A card was cancelled at the Atlanta Municipal Auditorium for Georgia Championship Wrestling promoter John Contos when Mike Romano and Pat McGill failed to appear at the afternoon weigh in as required by the Athletic Commission. Romano had been scheduled to wrestle Scotty McDougal, while McGill was to face Jack Evans.
1932: Rudy Dusek defeated Steve Znoski in the main event at the Atlanta Municipal Auditorium for Georgia Championship Wrestling promoter Henry Weber.

1957: Don & Red McIntyre defeated Mark & Donn Lewin to win the International Tag Team Title at the Atlanta Municipal Auditorium for Georgia Championship Wrestling promoter Paul Jones.
1960: Big (Happy) Humphrey defeated Krusher Larson & the Great John L. in a main event handicap match at the Macon City Auditorium for Georgia Championship Wrestling promoter Fred Ward. Freddie Blassie defeated Haystacks Calhoun by disqualification in the semi-main event.
1961: Skull Murphy defeated Bill Dromo in the final round of a one-night tournament to win the Southern Heavyweight Title at the Columbus Sports Arena for Georgia Championship Wrestling promoter Fred Ward. Also participating in the tournament were Jim Burke, Chief Little Eagle, Gypsy Joe, Tiny Evans, Guy Mitchell, and Killer (Luke) Campbell.
1963: World Heavyweight Champion Eddie Graham defeated Tarzan Tyler by disqualification in a title match at the Atlanta Municipal Auditorium for Georgia Championship Wrestling promoter Don McIntyre. Chief Little Eagle defeated Lenny Montana in the semi-main event.
1966: Mario Galento, managed by Freddie Blassie, defeated Chin Lee to win the US Junior Heavyweight Title at the Macon City Auditorium for Georgia Championship Wrestling promoter Fred Ward. Bobby Shane defeated Pancho Villa by disqualification in the semi-main event.
1969: On the “Atlanta TV Wrestling” television program hosted by Ed Capral, the Assassins announced they had fired manager Jack Crawford.

1974: Mr. Wrestling #2 defeated Black Crusader #1 to retain the Georgia Heavyweight Title at the Atlanta Municipal Auditorium for Georgia Championship Wrestling promoter Paul Jones. Also, Ron & Terry Garvin, managed by Jimmy Garvin, defeated Bob Armstrong & Robert Fuller to win the Georgia Tag Team Title. Robert Fuller & Mr. Wrestling #2 defeated Art Nelson & Jerry Lawler in the main event.
1975: Haystacks Calhoun defeated Toru Tanaka, managed by Rock Hunter, in the main event at the
1976: Mr. Wrestling #2 defeated the Spoiler, managed by Gary Hart, in a main event lumberjack match at the William Bell Auditorium for Georgia Championship Wrestling promoter Charlie Harben. Les Thornton & Tony Charles defeated Skip Young & Dino Bravo in the semi-main event, and Dick Slater defeated Stan Stasiak.
