…..

Thanks to Jeff Sheridan for this update:

Since it's not on their www.nydailynews.com site, I'll describe it this way.
It's on page 7 of their New York Vue TV magazine that's in this Sunday's NY Daily News newspaper. It has a photo of Steve Austin & next to it says the following:

"Grapplers hold troops' attention

The USA Network celebrates Christmas Eve with the 5th annual "WWE Tribute To The Troops"
special-wrestlers bringing holiday cheer in the form of hammerlocks & 1/2 nelsons to military personnel in Iraq. Wrestling icon "Stone Cold Austin", who sat out this year's trip but participated in an earlier outing, says
meeting with troops & performing in front of them is an unforgettable experience. Did any of them pick up on his moves? "I'd be glad to lend them any of my moves, but
they're entertainment-based," he says with a laugh. But, Austin recalls, things got pretty real for the  WWE team on his trip. "They had a little briefing with all the WWE
Superstars & Divas sitting down in a room, & they told us if there was incoming artillery, to run 100 yards to the right or left." The special will highlight servicemen & women telling their stories & meeting with WWE stars, as well as watching them do their thing in the ring. "My advice to this year's group is just to relax & enjoy
yourselves. It's a great learning experience, the troops are really excited to see us, & you're in the best hands possible."
