LONG BEFORE THERE WAS BRITNEY SPEARS, THERE WAS DEBBIE GIBSON!

So says Heyman Hustle host/producer PAUL HEYMAN, the sports entertainment icon whose show is the flagship program for NewsCorp's new broadband television network, SUN-TV.  

This week, in a WORLD EXCLUSIVE, the Hustle joins Debbie --now Deborah-- at her top secret rehearsal in New York City as she prepares for her engagement at Harrah's in Atlantic City, where she will headline and produce a show based on Broadway classics.

The 37 year Gibson comments on her pop culture status, her work as a producer/singer/songwriter, and how she's managed to keep out of the tabloids unlike so many other pop teen princesses.

"With the exception of her Playboy pictorial, she's never been embroiled in any controversy," Heyman stated, "And her accomplishments are quite impressive. Her debut album, 1987's Out Of The Blue, had four Top 5 singles including Only In My Dreams.  She was the youngest singer/songwriter/producer to have a No1 hit, and that feat still stands today. What fascinates me about her is that with all this success, she's never been a trainwreck like Britney and so many others that followed in her footsteps."
