==============================

*In preparation for gearing up for his chance to capture the World Tag Team Titles for yet another time at Sacrifice (The LAX vs. Tomko/Scott Steiner vs. Team 3-D), Homicide was welcomed by The Big Mosh, & special guest co-hosts, Mr. DFL & Figure Four Weekly's very own, Dr. Keith Lipinski. Right off the bat, Homicide wished to chime in briefly with his thoughts on his hometown team, the New York Yankees bringing back his favorite player, Roger Clemens, back to the fold. He was very glad the men in pinstripes brought "The Rocket" back, but definitely thinks his salary is a little bit too much for his age.

*Over the past month, The LAX has gone from champions back to challengers. Homicide was very happy w/his run with the gold, along with Hernandez (and Konnan as their manager). They made history, just The Rock 'N' Roll Express & Tully Blanchard, & The Road Warriors did beforehand. With him being p*ssed off right now, his goal is to go into Sacrifice this Sunday night (live on Pay-Per-View), and take the titles back for a third time.

*Homicide believes that the rumored conversion of the NWA World Tag Team Titles to the TNA World Tag Team Titles is not necessarily a bad thing. "TNA needs to stand out as its own company, and make their own impact."

*In reference to what has been discussed & reported over the past week, with Ring Of Honor's PPV debut this upcoming weekend, and TNA pulling its remaining talent from ROH, Homicide wanted to clear the air & the entire situation, as to how it will be affecting him in the near future (as he himself said, "he was going to bite is tongue for no one")...He spent the past few days leading into his interview with The Mayhem doing a lot of reflecting, especially what he did in his time in Ring Of Honor. He feels that if ROH does well with their PPV's, they have the potential to get some form of television. For five years, he competed with ROH, the independent company. With their move, things are much different for them now as an entity. His current contract says he is with TNA, but he would like to have ONE more match in Ring Of Honor, with a strong possibility of this Saturday night in New York City -- without the cameras & not on Pay-Per-View. His preference of a match: himself & BJ Whitmer vs. The Briscoe Brothers -- the other three being "the most underrated guys in the world." He does not blame TNA for this decision at all whatsoever. From a business perspective, they are "making the right move." He is "bummed out" now, but hoes to get a call sometime in the coming hours to make some sort of appearance for Ring Of Honor -- even if it's a farewell speech. If he does come back down the road, he will "give some hell to that company." You never know what might happen in the future.

*He feels that Rob Van Dam coming into TNA after his WWE contract runs out in the coming weeks would be a great move for the company. He doesn't know about RVD coming in, but hopes Rob comes into the TNA locker room soon. This, plus TNA's global expansion, is essential for them to get a two-hour timeslot on Spike TV & be competition for the WWE.

*Homicide is having a blast working with Hernandez & Konnan in The LAX, and he wants their goal going into the summer of 2007 to cement themselves as the most dominant tag team in professional wrestling period.

*He is very much looking forward to TNA's upcoming house show in Puerto Rico in the beginning of June, as he feels that is just another way to give back to the Latino & Mexican audiences, who have stood by the business though the years, and still do so to this day. He knows the crowd will "go nuts" for The LAX. As a parting shot to the listeners, he wished to give a shout-out to the Puerto Rican wrestling fans, as he loves their energy & even their rioting in the streets.

*A solid 25-minute interview with Homicide, in which "The Notorious 187" himself gave his takes on exactly why he thinks on TNA bringing in new tag teams into the company, how important tag team wrestling is to the business, exactly why Hulk Hogan is "the Richard Nixon of professional wrestling," why he compares the TNA/Ring Of Honor situation to "a girlfriend breaking your heart," plus a heart-filled message to the ROH locker room.

Check out "The Road To Sacrifice," which airs this Saturday on Spike TV at 11PM ET (hosted by Jeremy Borash & TNA Knockout, Christy Hemme), followed by the encore presentation of this past Thursday night's TNA iMPACT (featuring Homicide vs. Brother Devon vs. Scott Steiner).

*Tune in this upcoming Monday night, as The Mayhem will have a complete & in-depth recap of this Sunday night's TNA Sacrifice Pay-Per-View, as well as all of the fallout from Ring Of Honor's first-ever Pay-Per-View taping, "Respect Is Earned," a preview of the WWE Judgment Day PPV (w/MNM's National Correspondent, Scott Hudson), & all of the last-minute news leading into next Saturday night's Pro Wrestling Unplugged's "Pride, Pain, & Punishment" event next (featuring PWU's Johnny Kashmere). Badd will be aboard to talk about his latest venture, the highly-successful Marc Mero Body Slam Training Institute (with more information found at www.MarcMeroBodyslam.com), in addition to his career in WCW & the WWE.
