…..

Sorry there were no updates yesterday, but when we got home from Atlantic City, I was exhausted.  In Atlantic City there are no clocks in the Casino's, there is a good reason for that, you don't get any sleep.  LOL.....  This visit was a good one, came home a big winner....

After doing today's updates, I will be working on finishing my Wrestling Chatterbox Newsletter.  This month Samoa Joe is on the cover, drawn by our artist Pete Theophall....

There are currently 39 bids on this very unique McMahon Family item up for auction AUCTION.WWE.COM - McMahon Family Signed Royal Rumble 2006 PPV Framed Poster But in order to obtain this Royal Rumble Poster signed by the 4 McMahon's you will have to break the bank to get it. Shaq Attack     Last night at the AmericanAirlines Arena, RAW Superstar Carlito verbally abused Jason Williams after the Miami Heat suffered a disappointing 107-98 loss to the Phoenix Suns. While the cocky Superstar was berating Williams, Shaquille O'Neal walked up behind Carlito and smashed him with a chair.  Check back later today for video footage of the attack. http://www.wwe.com/inside/news/shaq

JOANIE LAURER PLAYS THE 'FAME GAME'  By Anthony DeBlasi

Joanie Laurer, (formally known as 'Chyna' of World Wrestling Entertainment) has signed with VH-1 to guest star in a new reality television series.

The show entitled "Fame Game" was described to me as a 'Celebrity version of Survivor'.

The former WWE superstar will be reunited with model Marcus Schenkenberg, as both previously appeared on VH1's Surreal Life. Other celebrities who will also take part in "Fame Game" will be announced shortly.

Filming for this new reality series starts in March.

Joanie is still in talks with MTV about starring in her own reality show entitled 'Being Chynna'. In my opinion, I can only compare it to the recent show 'Chasing Farrah', which starred Farrah Fawcett.  The MTV deal has not been finalized.

After a 13-year absence, Saturday Night's Main Event returns to NBC March, 18th, as a two-hour prime time special. In the mid-1980s through early 1990s, WWE fans would scour the television listings each month — making sure they didn't miss the highly anticipated special that replaced network staple Saturday Night Live on occasion. On each episode of Saturday Night's Main Event, WWE fans knew they would be given a pay-per-view feel on free network television.  Don't miss your chance to be a part of history as Saturday Night's Main Event returns. Here's the ticket information:

WHAT: The return of Saturday Night's Main Event
WHEN: March 18, 2006

WWE video game got unusual nomination
By:  Dave Whitaker
Despite openly not being fans of pro wrestling, Adam Sessler and Morgan Webb of G4TV's X-Play can respect a good pro wrestling video game when it's made.  They gave WWE Smackdown VS Raw 2006 for the Playstation 2 a 4 out of 5.  So it wasn't a surprise Wednesday night when the game was one of the nominees on X-Play's 2005 Video Game Awards show.
However, it wasn't nominated in the category of best sports game.  Rather it was a nominee for best fighting game.  It was put up against Tekken 5, Soul Calibur III for the PS2 and Dead or Alive 4 for the XBOX 360.  DOA4 won the award.  Anyone who wants to see the replay can catch it at 4 p.m. EST.

 WXW Superstars Invade Crocodile Rock on January 28th
World X-Treme Wrestling will be invading Crocodile Rock Cafe in Allentown, Pennsylvania this Saturday night January 28th, 2006 with a 6pm bell time. The "Croc Rock" has a reputation as one of the top venues in the Lehigh Valley, showcasing some of the most popular entertainment acts from all over the world. Being such a fan-favorite among area residents, it's no coincidence Crocodile Rock chose to make its pro-wrestling debut with World X-treme Wrestling.
Scheduled to appear in the first-ever WXW Bar Room Brawl are WXW Champion Puerto Rican Hurricane Havoc, wrestling legend The Great Same, LA Smooth, Rob Dimension, Blk Out, Notorious Inc., WXW Commissioner Sugga, Kris Krude, and the women of WXW's women’s league. After the wild WXW Fall Fever in November and the Holiday Extravaganza show in December that brought tensions to an all-time high in the WXW locker room, WXW Bar Room Brawl at Croc Rock promises to bring a volatile mix of pure wrestling talent and rage-fueled mayhem.
On this show, you will see the last WXW Appearance for some time of the one and only “Smooth” Tommy Suede. Be sure to take this opportunity to wish this bright star luck as the next time you see him just might be on WWE TV!
Balls Mahoney and the Great Samu will once again be together in the buildling. Based off of previous encounters, we know what kind of damage these two men can do to each other. How will Samu react after having fire spit in his face at the last show? How will Balls react after being busted open from a Samoan headbut?  This time, there will be four men in the ring as Samu and LA Smooth take on Balls Mahoney and DJ Hyde.  What will happen when they collide?  The only way to find out is to be there live!!
WXW is also pleased to announce that January 28th will feature the opening rounds of their “Luck o’ the Irish” TV Title Tournament. Throughout the coming months WXW will hold several tournament bouts, each featuring a different stipulation picked at random. There will be 8 participants all together and the first 4 will try their luck at Crocodile Rock Café. When all is said and done the winner of the tournament will be crowned the new WXW TV Title Champion.
The first match for the “Luck o’ the Irish” tournament will be the returning J-Busta vs. the debuting Ricky Reyes in a submission match. WXW die hard fans will definitely remember Busta and if you don’t already know who Ricky Reyes is then get ready to never forget from here on in. Ricky Reyes has been all across the globe and raising the bar wherever he goes. Reyes is definitely primed to make an impact in WXW and this tournament will be his chance to do just that.
The second match is one that was set to take place on the 28th already and is now being added into the tournament. CJ O’Doyle will be facing his bitter rival Toa in a last man standing match.
Keep an eye out over the coming weeks to find out who else is in the tournament and what kind of matches they will be competing in.
The Crocodile Rock Cafe is located at 520 West Hamilton Street, just minutes away from the Wild Samoan Training Center and Carson's Pro Wrestling World (1313 Linden Street) in Allentown. Tickets can be purchased at the door, online at www.wxwwrestling.com or at through the Crocodile Rock Box Office.
WXW would also like to remind viewers to tune in to Rage TV, which airs every Saturday on Blue Ridge Cable TV Channel 13, & Sunday on Service Electric Cable TV2 and via a free netcast on
www.wxwwrestling.com.

DCW & Dynamite Entertainment Presented:
A NEW TESTAMENT: "Igniting the Boom!"
Saturday, January 21, 2006
Bowers Beach Firehall - Bowers Beach, DE
Attendance: 300 +
Referees:  Senior Referee Daryl Lankford
Secondary Referee Chuck
Ring Announcer: Shannon Hunter
This would mark DCW's first show of 2006 and what an event it turned out to be! With over 300 fans showing up leaving STANDING ROOM ONLY the wrestlers were pumped and ready to go kick-off 2006 with a BOOM!
Match 1: Andrew Steele deeated Bazooka Joe via Pinfall after grabbing the tights.
      ~ These two men had words this past November, and the heat has been brewing ever since. It would "ignite" at A New Testament. After stealing a victory, Steele choked Bazooka Joe out with his "coat" that he has been wearing as of late. The same coat that Steele claims makes him "sane" compared to the rest of the world.
~~~PURCHASE THE DVD OF THIS EVENT TO SEE AN EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW WITH BAZOOKA JOE REGARDING STEELE'S ATTACK!~~~
Next up was the second ever "Time Share" segment with host J.J. Times! His special guest at A New Testament was newcomer to DCW, Massive Mike. Times would not give Mike the chance to speak, in factl Times began degrading Mike at every chance he got. At one point, Times even referred to Massive Mike as his personal "Virgil!" Mike could take no more from J.J. and knocked the Time Share host on his ass much to the fans liking!
Match 2: "The Beast" Glen Osbourne defeated The Party Boy via Pinfall following a Powerbomb.
      ~ The Party Boy debuted in DCW dancing his way to the ring. Glen Osbourne would be out next scaring the hell out of The Party Boy. Deciding not to wrestle, Party Boy asked for his music to be played again to which it was. He then ripped his tearaway pants off revealing an out-of-shape body wearing only a THONG! Party Boy grinded on Glen Osbourne until Osbourne leveled him with a devastating clothesline. Osbourne then seeked and destroyed the young newcomer.
Match 3: E.L. Stanley Esquire defeated Massive Mike via Pinfall after distraction from J.J. Times.
      ~ Both men in this match had everything to prove as they were making their debuts in Dynamite Championship Wrestling. Mike was undoubtedly the fan favorite throughout this match and looked to have a victry in his grasp until J.J. Times reared his ugly head distracting the All American High Roller allowing Esquire to roll Mike up for the victory. Mike immediatley charged to the back to find Times.
Match 4: DCW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: (C) The Gemini Trojans fought The Krash Krew to a No Contest.
      ~ It's quite easy to say that the Gemini Trojans have steam rolled their way through the tag team division for 11 months now. It wasn't until The Krash Krew walked through the curtain at A New Testament that anyone had thought they had met their match. The Trojans were not able to throw the Krash Krew around the ring like they had for almost an entire year to every other tag team they faced. These teams brawled back and forth and eventually all over ringside until the referee lost complete control. At one point, The Krash Krew attempted a Con-Chair-To on Josh Trojan which would have nearly killed him if not for the save of his twin brother, Jeremy.
DCW would then honor a fan's 39th birthday by having everyone in the crowd sing Happy Birthday until the New International Heavyweight Champion, "The Rook" Zac Conner interupted and tore apart the birthday woman on the mic; saying that she had been alive 39 years too long and that Space Mountain is now closed leaving the Con-Air up and running for the young hot girls. He then said that the prophecy he laid out three years ago when joining DCW had come true and he was the now reigning Heavyweight Champion. Conner said that in the pro wrestling business it wasn't about having a million dollar body or being able to 1000 flips in a row off the top rope to the floor through 5 tables. The only reason you get in this business is to be the best; and that is what he now was. Conner then decided to take the night off after claiming that he has beaten everyone in DCW past and present.
This would bring out Jason Static! Static said that Conner has been ducking him all over the East Coast and that he was keeping him out of Dynamite Championship Wrestling. Conner had no problem admitting that he did not want Static in DCW. Static then said that he wanted a title shot to which Conner laughed in his face and said no way. Familiar music then blared over the speakers as NOEL HARLOW made her return to DCW! Conner's jaw dropped as he could not believe what he was seeing. Noel said that she has fully recovered from Zac's Con-Air elbow drop on her last Fall and that Static would be getting a title shot and he would be getting it in the Main Event tonight! SHe aso revealed that she was the new Commisioner of DCW and would be sure to make Zac's life a living hell!
Match 5: "Crazy As Sin" Crazy Shea & "The Sinsation" Alexx Sage defeated Eric Chapel w/ His Property & "Mystery Partner" J.J. Times via Pinfall.
      ~ Crazy As Sin has been tearing up the indy scene in other parts of the US and DCW finally decided to team the two high flyers up; and what a team they made! They took it to the combination of Chapel and his mystery partner, J.J. Times. Throughout the match, Chapel would treat his alleged girlfriend horribly. The fans were very upset at the way he spoke to her and through her around on the outside. We still do not know her name, only that he refers to her as his personal property. Eventually, Times left the ringside area claiming that he bought his way into this match and had had enough. Before he could reach the back, Massive Mike blasted through the entranceway and began going toe-to-toe with Times! They fought all the way to the backstage area where they were seperated by DCW officials! This left Chapel alone ringside to take the double team move from Crazy As Sin!
~~~PURCHASE THE DVD OF THIS EVENT FOR AN EXCLUSIVE BACKSTAGE PROMO OF ERIC CHAPEL WITH HIS PROPERTY ARRIVING FOR THEIR DEBUT IN DYNAMITE CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING!~~~
Match 6: DCW NO LIMIT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: 2-OUT-OF-3-FALLS / MASK VERSUS TITLE MATCH!
(C) "The Modern Day Rocker" Chris Wylde defeated Dragonfly w/ DCW Ambassador Chrissy Rivera via Pinfall following the 4th & deciding fall.
      ~ It was revealed only a few weeks before this match that Chrissy Rivera, DCW's International Ambassador behind the scenes, would be in the corner of Dragnfly in this match-up. She claims that the international superstars of DCW have been treated unfairly and she will no longer allow that to take place. This would be Wylde's toughest No Limit Title defense to date. Wylde would win the first fall reversing a back body drop into a flipping powerbomb! The fans went nuts when he drew the three count. The match was not over though as he would have to win one more fall to win the match. Unfortunatly that would not happen. Wylde tried for the flipping powerbomb once again, only to have Dragonfly moonsault out of it on top of the champion. Wylde could not kick out of the cover this time after having the wind knocked out of him so bad. The falls were now at one a piece. The action spilled to the outside, and included a dive from a stage onto Dragonfly and 20 chairs that has to be witnessed to be believed! Both men, exhausted, could not reach the ring by the count of 10. The referee declared a count out and the match would be a draw. The fans were heavily upset at this decision.
The New DCW Commissioner, Noel Harlow, then came out and said that if she was in charge the fans would get their money's worth. Therefore, for the first time in wrestling history; a 2-out-of-3-falls match would go to a fourth and deciding fall! Chrissy Rivera did not like this decision as she thought that Dragonfly should have been awarded the championship. Her and Noel had words which eventually led to an extremely popular CATFIGHT!!!! This would be DCW's first cat fight in almost two years! Chrissy was ejected afterwards, and inside the ring Chris Wylde hit a running power bomb off of the top rope for the victory on Dragonfly. Following the match, after both men struggled to reach their feet, Wylde said that it was time to find out who Dragonfly was. Dragonfly got down on one knee to take off his mask and was about to reveal himself, until the lights went out in the arena! A disgustingly scary voice then blasted through the loudspeakers saying that Chris Wylde's time as No Limit Champion and fan favorite would soon be coming to an end....very soon. As the lights reemmerged, Dragonfly was nowhere to be seen and Wylde was creeped out.
The Main Event: DCW INTERNATIONAL HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: (C) "The Rook" Zac Conner defeated Jason Static via Pinfall.
      ~ The fans immediately took the well built good looking Jason Static as he made his way to the ring for his debut match in Dynamite Championship Wrestling. Static knew full well that a championship opportunity is not easy to come by and that he would be do his best to take the championship away from the champion; who came out next. Conner looked more focused than ever and was sure to reiterate that it was Static that has to beat him in this match. Both men would lock up with Static showing his power by throwing Conner down a few times. Every time Conner would gain the advantage, Static would outsmart or out power the champion. This would leave Conner in a restless mood as he was beginning to doubt his own abilities ringside. Eventually, Conner would gain the upper hand and began laying in a beating on the newcomer. The fans began rallying behind their new hero allowing him to power up and fight back against The Rook! Static hit move after move, but none would keep the reigning champion down. Static hooked Conner for his finisher but accidentally knocked the referee out! tatic had Conner down for 10 seconds, even counting a three count multiple times himself! The crowd was screaming at the top of their lungs for the ref to wake up. Static was able to revive the ref. He then picked Conner up for his finisher again to which Conner slipped out of. Static went to nail a clothesline on Conner, but Zac ducked and Static stopped himself just in time before hitting the ref. With Static's back turned and attention to the ref, Conner saw the opportunity to nail his finishing the move, "The Pearl Harbor Kick" to the back of Jason Static's exposed head! Conner picked up the pinfall, to the fan's disgust. The Rook held the title high in the air as Noel Harlow walked out through the curtain with her head hung low, realizing that Conner had gotten up on air......once again.
