……

Jerry Lynn was our special guest on the Pain Clinic today.  Jerry joined us and talked
about coming back to Rochester and the cold weather.

Jerry starts off talking about the era of Mr JL in WCW.  He talks about the design of the
mask like that of the Power Rangers.  He talks about leaving because someone in the
office didn't like him.

Jerry explains the style of matches he and RVD had.  Pushing the envelope every time.
Jerry doesn't judge these as his best but the do rate highly.

Jerry talked next about Frank Wycheck's involvement in TNA.  He talks about Frank's
willingness to learn how to work.  This segues into Jerry talking about his work as
a TNA agent.  He felt that working as an agent put him in a bad position.

Jerry was at TNA since the beginning and he talk about how the company changed.
He brought up Vince Russo as a man who changed what they were doing when he
joined TNA.  Jerry thinks that the writers are all out of good ideas in both WWE and TNA.

The crowds of Orlando are discussed and how they were spoiled by some great work.
To impress them, Jerry said they would have to go beyond extreme.

Jerry taks about his love for the business and his love to work.  He feels there is a lot
more that he can learn.  He tells us about working with the flu and how he got by.

We ask Jerry about the state of the Indy world.  Jerry thinks there are plenty of Indies
but too many of them are busy trying to sabotage other peoples shows and not
promoting their own shows enough.  He goes off on people and message boards
and how it hurts the business on the Indy level.

Jerry is gong to Germany next month.  This leads into a story about Lance Storm and
Jerry thinking up metal band names. on the road.

Jerry talks about why he wanted to leave TNA.  He has a 'shoot interview' coming out
soon with more details but he said it was based on him earning money.  He talks about
TNA having to approve his indy work and that effected his money making ability.

We mention everyone who gets cut from WWE gets signed by TNA and Jerry thinks
a majority of wrestling fans still don't know that TNA exists.

Jerry still tries to watch TNA and WWE when he can.  He still has a passion for this business.
He's in town for Next Era Wrestling and he's hanging around to watch Wrestlemania 24
with fans and he's looking forward to the events.

We talk about the X-Division in TNA and how he had a huge part in creating it.  We let him go
soon afterwards.
