Georgie,

I just wanted to send a note for feedback on the Kennedy signing in Rosemont, IL today. People began lining up at 6:00 AM at Shoeless Joe's. Once 1:00 came, the Promotion people allowed everyone with pre-paid tickets to enter and get in line. Once the tables were finished being set up, things moved relatively quickly. Kennedy, Al Snow and Mercury were on a stage with Al on the closest end to the line. Most people seemed to be there for Kennedy only so things began to get packed at his end of the stage as people were waiting there. Heather began to slow things down to avoid too much congestion. Overall, seemed like everyone was pleased and got what they paid for as the talent was there as advertised and on time. Attached are a couple of photos.

The only critique I would have is things need to be more organized as far as lining people goes. If prepaid tickets are being sold and those people are 'first in line', the tix should be numbered and people are lined up according to numbers. I think that would also encourage people to prepay up front to get lower numbers and earlier in line. This comes up because the people that were first in line at 6:00 AM weren't able to get in right away because they did not have tickets already and someone who showed up at 12:59 was at the head of the line because they had tickets and happened to be standing by the entrance when they opened things for ticket holders only.

Thanks
Josh
