Guys and Gals . some updates ...

Theresa Kowalski called me tonite - June 12 @ 10p to give me an update on Walter. 
He is at the Massachusetts General Hospital at the present time.  He 'may' have a knee operation.  They will meet with a doctor in the next few days.

Walter has trouble walking.  He uses a walker, but gets tired and has to rest.  He knees are gone.   He also suffers from some mild memory loss.   More info as I get it ...

 Dan Gable International Wrestling Institue and Museum
in Waterloo, Iowa.   The building was flooded within the last couple of days.  Over 50 % of the collection is lost.   Mike Chapman's personal collection which was housed in the museum is gone.

Andy Giroux continues to be in the ICU at the Holyoke Hospital.  It will be a long road for Andy ...

My status for my hernia operation was thrown out the window this past Monday.  The surgeon's office called me to inform me that they rec'd a Fax requesting more information before they would approve the operation.   This is for a hernia repair.  I was told that the approval
would be 1 - 2 - 3 and that I was penciled in for this yesteday, Weds, June 11th.    So at it stands now .. I will have it sometime in early July since the Doctor is away the last two weeks in June.   ......

Retirement looks good .. projected  date will be the end of  the year.
