Thanks to Scott T for sharing his experience with WrestlingFigs:

I was reading a lot of negative reviews concerning the Hulk Hogan signing that took place at the Hall of Heroes in New York on January 20th.  I just wanted to pass along some kind words for the staff at Hall of Heroes.

Just a little back story...I live in California, and Hulk Hogan has only come here once within the past few years; he did an appearance at an ice cream store with his daughter last July to promote her CD.  Due to the horrible traffic that we have here, the Hogans showed up about an hour and a half late for the appearance, and thus management decided that no pics would be taken (except by the radio station promoting the event) and no autographs would be allowed (aside from Hulk's and Brook's signatures on a Brook Hogan promo pic...pre-signed!).  Needless to say, after waiting about five hours in the heat just to meet "the man", I was very disappointed by all of this.  I had taken my six year old daughter with me, too, and it just seemed like a big waste of time.  My biggest disappointment in this is that I had taken my Classic Superstars 8 (Wrestlemania 1 '85 belt variant) figure to be signed; I have a modest collection of signed Classic Superstars, and obviously this would have been my biggest addition.  So now on to the Hall of Heroes...

As soon as I saw the Hogan appearance advertised on your website for January 20th, I immediately called the Hall of Heroes store and spoke with Steve.  He was very helpful, and told me the cost to acquire the signature and the shipping costs.   The next day I mailed out that same figure I had tried to get signed 6 months before, along with a money order for the signature and return shipping.  I called about a week after shipping the figure, and again the staff was very helpful and informed me that they had the figure in hand.  I received a call from Jeremy on January 24th, simply verifying that they had the correct figure in hand to ship back to me, and upon verification the signed Hogan figure was on its way.  I just received my Hogan figure yesterday, and it's beautiful.  Along with the figure comes a Steiner holographic sticker on the front of the figure to ensure authenticity, and a "credit card like" certificate of authenticity, complete with the owner's name signed on the back and Hulk Hogan's name on the front.  Needless to say, I am totally satisfied with the service provided by Hall of Heroes, and I highly recommend them for any and all mail-in signings.  They are a class act all the way.  Thanks for your time!
