David Schultz, Team 3D, Joanie Laurer, The Rock, Vince McMahon, Bookings, Shawn Michaels and much more…..

This was sent in by Mike Lano:  Dr D David Schultz said there was a recent special on Japanese TV on his bounty hunting that reminded fans over there about him --  think he had at least 1 NJPW tour.
Speaking of a Japanese tour, Team 3D just left for a 10 day tour in Japan today.

Thanks to Rich:  ILLEGAL ALIENS creates a stir in Vermont as filming concludes Principal photography of Edgewood's latest feature, the sci-fi/action/comedy "ILLEGAL ALIENS" starring ANNA NICOLE SMITH and former pro-wrestler JOANIE "CHYNA" LAURER recently completed filming at Edgewood. While under production Vermont was abuzz about the presence of the stars and the large amount of media coverage including "A Current Affair", "Axcess Hollywood" and numerous other national media outlets.  The film, who's script was so strong that it pulled Edgewood head DAVID GIANCOLA out of semi-retirement from directing to helm the feature is now in post-production. The buzz on the film is that it is hilarious and devastatingly satiric of both Sci-fi genre films and Hollywood action film clichès. More info (and gossip) can be found in Anna Nicole Smith's weekly page in the NATIONAL ENQUIRER.

Empire Online UK Magazine spoke to Rock about "Daddy's Girl" an upcoming Disney movie where he would play an NFL star quarterback who's life is turned upside down when his six-year-old daughter comes into his life.  Url:  Empire: Movie News   Also mentioned in the article are movies Southland Tales and Sky Hunter.  What is really amazing, is that The Rock keeps making movies one after the other, but most of them bomb at the box office.  He has so much charisma, everyone keeps hiring him.  Maybe Disney movies will make that one big hit !!!

Forbes mentions Vince McMahon as one of their 'People To Watch' due to the WWE earnings announcement on Thursday: "Wrestling impresario Vince McMahon made the wrong kind of headlines this month, when one of his stable of actor/athletes was found dead in a hotel room. Meanwhile his World Wrestling Entertainment (NYSE: WWE) is nowhere near as big a force as it was just a few years ago, when Smackdown was both a catchphrase and a hit TV show, and McMahon's franchise featured hit characters such as Stone Cold Steve Austin and the Rock. Now McMahon, whose company will announce its second-quarter results December 1, needs to convince investors that wrestling is coming back from one of its periodic down cycles. Meanwhile, while McMahon waits for TV ratings to improve, the company is going Hollywood, with plans to bankroll two $20 million films per year."

Greg Oliver at Slam Wrestling has an interesting article on Shawn Michaels'  autobiography "Heartbreak & Triumph - The Shawn Michaels Story" called Michaels book maddening and manipulative.  Url:

The Sheboygan Herald-Times has a story on Mr. Ken Kennedy. (Real name Ken Anderson 29)  He said his favorite wrestler growing up was the Junkyard Dog but lost interest in wrestling until the mid to late 90's and the Steve Austin boom.
