Legends of the Ring 8
Main Event Announced
People have wondered how the promoters at Legends of the Ring were going to top the appearance of Ric Flair at LOTR 7. Well, promtoters Terrence Brennan and James Soubasis are keeping it a secret no longer and are proud to announce that KURT ANGLE will be appearing at LOTR 8 on Saturday May 30th. Kurt Angle, wrestling's first Olympic Gold Metalist is the first of approximately 15 guests who will be rounding out the Legends of the Ring Famous Super Ticket.
More guest announcements are coming right after the new year.
"Earlybird” Supertickets are on sale until January 1, 2009 (less than 2 weeks, so hurry) for a nominal price of $180.00 for returning LOTR 7 superticket holders and $200.00 for new purchasers. After January 1st p ricing will be $200.00 for past holders and $225.00 for new holders.
Supertickets are limited (approximately 100 will be sold) and like the last show, it is expected that these prized tickets will sell out months in advance.
The LOTR event will take place once again at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Monroe Township, NJ (exit 8a off the New Jersey Turnpike, which makes it convenient whether you are coming from the north, south, east or west...all points will lead to The Crowne Plaza.
LOTR Promoters wish to give a huge thank you to Bob Ryder and the staff of TNA wrestling for expediting this and being so easy to work with.
