Linda Bollea Charged With Dui
Hulk Hogan's ex-wife Linda Bollea has been charged with driving under the influence (Dui) following her arrest in October (12).
The reality Tv star, 53, was driving through Malibu, California in the early hours of the morning when police officers pulled over her car and she was subsequently arrested on suspicion of being drunk behind the wheel and driving on a suspended licence.
However, her representative later claimed Bollea only had one glass of Champagne and the effects had been exacerbated by the antibiotics she was taking for an E. coli infection.
She has now been officially charged with two misdemeanour counts of Dui and one misdemeanour charge of driving on a suspended licence, according to Tmz.com.
Bollea will appear in court to face the charge later this month (Jan13). If convicted, she could face up to 18 months in prison.

Hulk Hogan's ex-wife has been charged for Driving Under the Influence (DUI).
Linda Hogan - who split from the former professional wrestler in 2007 after 24 years of marriage with whom she shares children Brooke, 24, and Nick, 22 - has been charged with two misdemeanour counts of DUI and one count of driving on a suspended licence stemming from her arrest in Malibu, California late last year.
Police stopped the ex-reality TV star in October for speeding and discovered she had a blood alcohol level of 0.084, just over the legal limit in California, but she later insisted she ''only had one glass of champagne''.
A spokesperson for the 52-year-old blonde previously explained that she had one drink on an empty stomach while at a jewellery event that evening, the effects of which were exacerbated by antibiotics.
Law enforcement refused to believe her excuses and the Los Angeles County District Attorney is now moving forward with the charges, which could see Linda face up to 18 months in jail.
But the mother-of-two is said to be unlikely to be jailed because she has no previous convictions.
The case is scheduled to go before a judge later this month.
Linda's ex-husband Hulk - real name Terry Bollea - recently warned her and their children that a black and white clip of him and a mystery brunette released last October may not be the only sex video, which he appears in him.
A source close to the 59-year-old star previously said: ''Hulk is very concerned a new sex tape could emerge.
''After the first video was leaked he warned Linda, Brooke and Nick that he could have been caught on camera in the past.
''The family is absolutely mortified their name has been sullied in such a tacky way. They never imagined that Hulk could drag them into such an embarrassing situation.''
