Hello Wrestling fansHere is a quick report on the latest edition of Monday night Raw from the Bell center in Montreal;
The crowd was hot throughout the night, except for the main event. So much energy was spent on the previous matches, and on top of it, Orton and Reigns were already wrestling for the second time. But the run in by Ambrose energized the crowd back into the game to close the show.

We were treated with a fantastic night of wrestling with the homecoming of Samy Zayn, who was introduced by none other than Bret Hart. A US title match against John Cena live on Raw ? Couldn't get any better. The match between Rollins and Ambrose was awesome too.
What a difference a year makes, as the last time Raw came to Montreal, Roman Reigns was the top babyface, and tonight he got booed out of the place.
Besides, pretty much all the characters were over with the crowd. Cena even managed to get the crowd back on his side before having to face the hometown hero.
On a side note, Dolph Ziggler seemed to injure his shoulder after being dumped over the railing by Sheamus.
But what really made that night special was the ''Pat Patterson's appreciation night. '' It was supposed to take place in 2013, but Jerry Lawler's heart attacked cancelled the event.
It started with a bang, as Vince McMahon came to the ring to introduce Patterson. The boss had kind words for him, talking about his career from the beginning until his days in the office. He said without Pat Patterson, he wouldn't be here tonight.
After a video was shown on the big screen, Bret Hart came to the ring as well. He thanked Pat for all the help he gave him, and presented him with a special gift, a Montreal Canadiens jersey, with his name on the back and, of course, the number 1. Patterson put it on immediately.
After another short video, Triple H himself came to the ring, as all the roster filled the stage to cheer Patterson on. HHH praised him also, and told a story about Pat wanting to get a short break from a never-ending day of work with Vince. As Pat went to the bathroom to escape for a few moments, Vince came in, sat onto the next toilet and said to Pat, ''take your book, we gotta work.'' Then Triple H unveiled his gift, an Inter-Continental belt with framed pictures of his career. Hunter said they had to go to Rio de Janeiro to get that.
To close the night, HHH asked Pat to sing like he did at his wedding, and Pat gladly obliged. He sang Sinatra's ''My Way''. He has a beautiful voice and you can tell he loved every minute of it. No doubt singing in a big building like that was a dream come true for him.
All in all, once again a great show by the WWE. It seems there is always something special happening in Montreal.
