Santos “Frenchie” Ramos, 78, died Monday at Bellevue Hospital after suffering a heart attack, the final act in a rich life that turned the bald, goateed Williamsburg man into a local legend both inside and outside his ultra-retro fitness business: No TVs, no sauna, no Pilates classes, no air conditioners.
