Please follow any direction or guidelines implemented by any LOTR STAFF or Promoters. Any disrespect to the staff will be grounds for immediate ejection from the event without refund.
Anyone caught attempting to obtain free autographs and photo opps ANYWHERE within the hotel property will be immediately ejected from the event without refund.
It is YOUR responsibility to be alert and make all signings on time. We have set up the schedule so you can obtain anything you need throughout the day. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be issued if you fail to obtain talent. Show runs from 8:30-4:30 expect to be here most of the day based on your individual needs.
