The Liberty Wrestling Organization returned to action with it's first show of 2010 in full force as a LEGITIMATE crowd of 183 screaming fans packed the Boys and Girls Club of Lodi, NJ to witness yet another exciting night if pure professional wrestling action that only LWO can offer. Below is a recap of what went down this past Saturday in Lodi.

Match 1- Ima Shitheed defeated Rey Rey Marz, Wyndham James Winthorpe III, and Draven Blaze via Pinfall.

In a tremendous match to start the event, these four had a back and forth match filled with great wrestling action. "The Man from Iran" was finally able to pick up the win by hitting Rey Rey Marz with the "Iran Slam" while Blaze and Winthorpe battled on the outside.

Match 2- "Pretty Boy" Eric Hiller and Thunderfoot defeated The Haze Brothers via DQ

When Ricky Suave came out for this match on crutches, The Haze Brothers thought it was open season on Eric Hiller.  But Suave had a present for his partner, in the form of Thunderfoot taking his place for the match.  After a grueling tag team math, the Haze Brother were disqualified when they were caught with one of Suave's crutches while Thunderfoot feined being hit by it.  The battle between these two teams, however, seems far from over.

Match 3- Jean-Christian Bouchard defeated JC Westler via pinfall to qualify for the 2010 Liberty Cup Tournanmet

In the first of two Liberty Cup qualifying matches, the "Wrestling Rocket" took on the "High Impact Kid" in what has seemed to grow into something of a rivalry between the two.  Though Bouchard dominated for most of the match, Westler seemed to have picked up the upper hand with his mix of foreign wrestling styles and high-flying ability.  However, Bouchard was able to pick up the win by hitting Westler with an alleged loaded right fist and he moves on to the 2010 Liberty Cup Tournament.  When checked for the supposed illegal object after the match, LWO officials were unable to find anything.

Match 4- Danny Danger and Tommy Face defeated "Mr. Wolf" Evan Myers and Jean-Christian Bouchard via pinfall

After interrupting the celebration being held for "Mr Wolf" by his friends in Malanga Enterprises, Danny Danger found himself on the side of a 4-on-1 beating by the most hated men in the LWO.  But when LWO owner Tommy Face and Chrono Chris came to Danger's rescue, Face made a match that very night which pitted Myers and Bouchard against Danny Danger and...Tommy Face himself!!!  With the stipulation being if Danger and Face won, Danger would get his rematch against "Mr Wolf" for the LWO National Championship!!

In a match where Myers and Bouchard were able to control Danny Danger for much of the match, the surprising team of Danger and Face were somehow able to pick up the win after Danny Danger was able to hit Bouchard with his patented "Danger Dog" and earned himself another shot at Evan Myers.  After the match, Malanga Enterprises owner Gianni Malanga found himself on the floor after being the recipient of a right hand to the left eye by Tommy Face.  When being asked for comment while he was receiving treatment, Malanga vowed that "This is not over.  Not by a long shot!"

Match 5- "The Puerto Rican Prodigy" Chrono Chris defeated Chaos via pinfall to qualify for the 2010 Liberty Cup Tournament

Another match in the rivalry between these two titans of the squared circle turned out to be another great battle between two great competitors.  In a classic back and forth match, the young Puerto Rican was able to pick up another surprise win over "Professional Wrestling's Sickest MF'er."  Chrono Chris now moves on to the 2010 Liberty cup, but this rivalry seems far from over.

Match 6- Kekoa "The Flyin' Hawaiian" defeats "The Essential Eric Cooper via 2 falls to 1 to become the LWO Heavyweight Champion

In one of the most anticipated matches of all time, and after all of the delays and no shows, Kekoa and Eric Cooper finally battled once again for the biggest prize in the Liberty Wrestling Organization.  This match was back and forth and was tied after the 30 minutes expired.  But LWO officials demanded a winner. While Cooper made his way to the locker room, an all to familiar theme song came blaring over the PA system which made the fans go crazy and stunned Cooper long enough to have Kekoa toss him back into the ring.In Sudden Death overtime, Kekoa was able to pick up the win after hitting Cooper with a Five-0 Slam, thus ending his year and a half long battle.
