It was announced during RAW that Kofi Kingston would defend the US Title against Antonio Cesaro on Main Event. Cesaro is invoking his rematch clause.

Kane will take on Shield member Dean Ambrose on Smackdown.

The opening match on RAW was a triple threat match between Ricardo Rodriguez, Zeb Colter and Big E Langston which was won by Rodriguez and allowed Alberto Del Rio to pick the stipulation for the World Title match at the Extreme Rules PPV.

So it will be Del Rio vs Swagger vs Ziggler in a Triple Threat Ladder Match for the World Heavyweight Championship.
